hard to put together. Instructions were not clear and the print was very small. I had to use reading glasses and a magnifier to hopefully put it together correctly.

Bad experience.

Only sent the pan…no lid, no stand. Terrible service.

Wrong item

This was my worst purchase ever. What I ordered is not at all what I got I was sent an indoor tabletop Grill. I tried to order it twice both times I got the wrong item I am totally disgusted with this Kohls online scam on top of it the second time I returned the grill I still have yet to get my money, and it's been a week so to me that's another scam Kohls is running. I am warning my friends and family about this online scam I repeat scam that can happen when you order online with Kohls. I also was extremely frustrated with great difficulty understanding the customer service people. Each time I asked to speak with a supervisor I was disconnected. How convenient for Kohls. Now if I think of shopping online with Kohls, I will definitely hesitate and look for other alternatives.

I am completely satisfied with the grill. It absolutely works fantastic. However, I am highly disappointed that I was told in a chat session that the grill was "assembled and ready to use right out of the box", when in reality it was not assembled and was in what seemed Iike a million pieces. Since I had purchased not 1 but 2 I put in several hours work that I was not expecting. I have many physical medical issues and was in terrible shape after putting both grills together. My being told that the grills were assembled was the very reason that I purchased them. I feel that I was misled and that you do not advertise correctly. I will not be purchasing anything from Wayfair unless it is a 1 piece product

We enjoy the electric grill on our condo patio. It tastes as good as BBQ.

Easy to put together. Good size. Heats quickly. Not so easy to clean after cooking. Can’t get to plate below coils unless you take 3 sections apart.

Live is condo do we needed a small electric grill. This grill did not heat up enough to cook even s frankfurter. very frustrating.

I am disappointed. The grill is not as pictured on the box. The box pictured a solid surface, but delivered an open rack. I am afraid that grease from cooking will drip onto the cooking coil and cause a fire.

More assembly required than anticipated with marginal instructions.

frustrated

I am 79 and putting this together was difficult, I do not like the heating element so close to the grill. The drip tray is too small.

I love my little grill it's perfect!

Haven't been able to use it yet as we tightened the wing nuts too tight on the bottom bowl, side handle and broke one handle. I need to buy replacement handle or get recommendation on the kind of glue to use on this plastic handle. Please advise.

Height issue

This grill is too short. It's very awkward to use. There is no way to adjust height. Doesn't cook like I thought; for one steak it took forever. Disappointed
