This BBQ is great

This BBQ is great. I wasn't confident I'd be happy with the outcome but I was impressed. My beef burgers, chicken sausages and chicken thighs tasted as if they have been cooked over coals. If you're unsure like me about if electric BBQs the same, I'm converted by this experience. It terms of its size I was surprised how much I was able to pack in and it cooked everything well without slowing down. I put some veg on, and they came out yummy, my kids especially loved them. I'm yet to try some other meat free options but I anticipate good things. I tried fish (from frozen) on the steamer which was okay, my son however loved it. I tried to smoke some of the meat but I'm not sure if it was my technique, as it didn't work. I wasn't looking forward to cleaning this but it was pretty easy. I scrubbed the grill while warm and the fat catcher caught everything so cleaning the underneath was seconds, all you need to do is throw away the liner! Overall this is definitely the way forward for my family and smaller BBQs. I wouldn't recommend it for bigger crowds.
