HOSE, VALVE & REGULATOR ASSEMBLY, STRAIG, the grill burned a hole through the hose. I have tried through Ace hardware and Charbroil to get a replacement, tried 3 times, cannot get the right part. This is a serious safety issue. While cooking this could have seriously injured myself or burned the house down.

Ready for summer with my new grill!

Perfect size for my deck. After seasoning the grate, I was thrilled at how well it cooked. Easy to clean. Easy to move about the deck. The summer has not yet started, but I'm ready! Awesome purchase, great price and they set it up beautifully, for free. Get the cover to protect it!

Ignition module stops working, poor design

The ignition module wires run right under the grease tray. After about 5-6 uses, the ignition module stopped working, most likely because the wires got exposed to hot grease. Very poor design. There was at one time a recall on this grill (about 2013) and they moved the ignition module, but the wires still do get exposed to grease. You can request a new ignition module from the manufacturer but what a pain.

Top Performing Small Grill

Bought because it was the smallest "real" grill (used standard tank) versus a tail-gating or camping grill. Very pleasantly surprised that it performs like a full size grill - cooks as evenly as a three-burner grill. The design of the burner and infrared grate work perfectly together.

Nice replacement grill for previousgeneration Patio Caddie

Bought this to replace our Patio Caddie grill which we loved. Product easy to assembly but missing one igniter wire when assembled. Contacted CharBroil and they sent me the part that showed on their website without any issues. Unfortunately the part was the incorrect one so I made due with one I made. Grill service is significantly different than the older grill. Jury is still out on this. Overall a good buy just has a learning curve with the new grill grate

Avoid this grill

If I could take a picture just to show how bad this grill is... I should have listened to the reviews when it said that it wouldn't turn on and it stopped working just after the warranty and so I too, had to order a part. I was optimistic because i thought reviews are subjective. I don't always agree with them and I really thought they were the exception. This did not fix it. We have to use the spark function to light the grill still. That isn't even the worst part. This grill simply cannot be cleaned. I don't prefer to eat the previous nights dinner.

Best grill I've ever had

It's a great little grill. Mine is a tabletop model without legs. I'm not sure they make that model anymore, but the new ones look just like my tabletop model but with legs added.

Exactly what we were looking for

Love the Patio Bistro grill. We prefer the infrared design in grilling and and this little beauty fit the bill. It's compact, lightweight, heats up quickly and cooks nicely. The single shielded round burner should save a lot of gas over the course of the season and beyond. We still have our four burner infrared, but when you're cooking only for one to four people, this little grill is all you really need. We can cook something like eight burgers+ on it. Why fire up the big grill? It has a unique grill grate that comes with a a custom cleaning attachment designed for it, and is all that is needed to clean the grill off between uses. No brushes - just clean it with the supplied scraper! Check it out!
