Unfortunately on the first order, your product came damaged. I returned to the La Habra store with no problem. Received an immediate refund. That's a 5 star move. I ordered on again online and added a instulation with this order. The order came undamaged but missing the hardware to assemble the new Grill. I am waiting on hardware with really no luck from manufacture or Home Depot.

A little smalll

For a 3 burner grill it has a very small grilling area.

Extremely disappointed

I needed a smaller grill and the "stainless steel" of this unit appealed to me as we live in a harsher environment. This was a more expensive 3 burner grill than other larger options. The unit is outdoors, covered and under a carport. It does not get wet. Pics show what it looks like after 4 months! Also, the tank hose was too short, I had to order a secondary. Finally the thermostat didn't work correctly, vendor sent a replacement. Don't buy this grill, it won't last 3 years.

This is the best grill we've ever owned! It's well built and solid. My husband and I put it together in about 1 1/2 hours. (we chose to out it together at home, but you can have the store put it together for you). It was really easy to put together with good instructions. We are so happy with this grill. Perfect size for just the two of us. We've cooked on it 4 times and our food always taste delicious and evenly cooked. We also purchased the recommended cover, which works very well. We highly recommend this grill.

A great grill for the price.

This grill came with clear and explicit instructions for assembly. It did however take me a little longer to assemble than the 45 minute estimate in the instructions. Have used one time only, but the burners very evenly cooked the ribeye steaks. Can honestly say that this grill is much better quality than my old CharBroil grill it replaced. Someone asked whether the side shelves fold down. No, but I'm OK with that.

Grill arrived in good shape. Very Carefully packed. Sturdy Construction. Well worth the price. The only warning I can give is that there are lots of screws! Figure 2 hours to assemble. I have not BBQed with it yet, But it lit right up. The lighter button uses a AA battery, and worked perfectly.

I like that it is stainless steel. It’s hard to find that now. Three burners are fine for our size household (2). Just enough for two people for whatever we want to grill.

Not recommended for the price

The top sides rusted after one small rain shower. This has left rust stains on the stainless steel top and bottom. It arrived at the store with a large hole in the side of the box. Two metal pieces had dents that were later able to be straightened out. The instructions are not clear in several places since they are pictures only.
