This is wrapped in black vinyl which peels off easily. I haven’t even used the new bathroom 6 months and it started peeling. The jets do not offer enough pressure. It’s cheap quality. I regret buying this.
Love our new shower panel. The rain shower head sprays soft and wide streams of water. The jets are fun and don’t sting your body. My first shower was such a lovely experience that I did not want to get out! I highly recommender this product.
Finish chips off
We liked the look of this shower system. We didn't mind that you can use only one function at a time although it would have been nice since what is the point of having the different functions. However, we purchased in June '23, installed in late July '23, and been using it since August '23. By January '24, the black paint/finish has been chipping off the handles. We now have 3 different finishes: black, chrome, and what appears to be a copper area. We use gentle cleaner on it but here we are after only a few months of use. It is certainly not worth the money and this was part of a complete bathroom renovation so it's not like we have money to replace it after that type of expense. Not happy at all.
Not what you think
I've owned this now since June 2022.
Just installed. Looks nice however I am very concerned about the quality and durability. One of the supply lines was defective and leaked. I had to buy a new supply line. The line that is attached to the wand was not put on correctly by the manufacturer and leaked. Took several attempts to tighten so it did not leak. The directions are not very good. With that being said it looks nice and the water pressure is fine(I switched out to a 2.5g). Just concerned when this thing will start to leak (again) or break down.
This panel is garbage. The water pressure from the rain head is terrible and the temperature control knob has seized and wont turn to cold. We’ve had it installed for less than a year and I’m so disappointed and frustrated that I wasted money.
Beautiful and elegant item!
The overall quality of the item seemed very elegant and sturdy. I would highly recommend it bc it looked very nice! unfortunately, we had to return it because of a piping and hookup issue.
Misleading Product
1st, I notice now that most reviews with pictures show a different product, so the reviews are misleading in that who knows how many are for this actual version. We recently splurged to have this installed as part of an overall bathroom reno and were initially excited. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED when we went to use it and found you can only use one function at a time. Meaning you can use the rainfall head, OR the body sprayers, OR the handheld sprayer. Once you turn on the body sprayers the rainfall shower head turns off. The whole point was to use them all together! And the 4 body sprayers are an all-or-nothing deal. We were hoping to have the options of the 2 top, the 2 bottom, or all 4, but there are no options. Also, the water pressure is poor. Overall wish we would have spent $300 less for a better shower head that has at least a handheld you can use at the same time.

It looks good, it works... But... The water flow is horrible. Installed a new shower tile panel system so I removed all the old plumbing and installed per the instructions the setup for a shower panel system. My old 25 year shower valve/plumbing had more flow. I know it's not my water pressure as all the other showers have great flow. I think it's due to the dice of the hose diameter inside the setup it's probably less than 1/2 inch ID should be 5/8ths at least then reduce to the connect fittings. As far as install, all went well until hookup time. The provided hoses are too flimsy and it used they will pinch and reduce flow. I had to purchase better 16 in hoses. It also was hard to get into the wall with the hoses I could not attach the bottom bracket and had to remove it to make it work. At the recommended height of the valves on the shower wall it wouldn't be able to work because the inner plumbing is there and there's no way to get the hoses in there without bending too much and hang the setup on the wall. Lastly, when I attached the shower head, the arm defiantly dipped a noticable amount, and I know I tightened the arm and bolt (I was afraid I would break it). Overall it works, and looks good but I am pretty dissatisfied as much as I paid (didn't get my military discount either on home depot's website). Perhaps this is an old model and the newer ones are designed better. I feel eventually I will have to look at those to replace this model. I should have just installed a traditional shower valve and spray setup. It actually probably would have saved me time it took me about 3 hours to get the shower panel installed into the new shower.
