Quality of the rug is excellent. The colors are paler than the pictures provided for the item, but they are soft and pretty.
Very disappointed in the color match with the on line picture and delivery date was off from scheduled time.

The best about my experience at Incredible Rugs and Decor was the amazing customer service extended by Mary. I had mis measured the space abd the the rug did not fit. She went above snd beyond to get me the right size and get the return of the other one facilitated,
Great design, colors don’t match the image on website. They are much more muted. We were hoping that that bright peach / pink tone would have come through but it’s more grey beige. Overall love the patter, wish the color would have been more true.
