This rug is even more beautiful in person. Safavieh makes great rugs and this one is no exception. It's thick, soft, and well made, has a quality backing. I bought a small 2x3 size first to make sure I was happy with the colors and quality. I then purchased a 9x12 and I love it!

This rug is gorgeous!!! After reading the reviews I had mixed feelings on ordering it, but I'm glad I did--it's beautiful. Exactly as pictured. The colors do vary--I purchased two different sizes and the smaller one is more muted than the 8x10.

I love this rug ! I got a great deal on Overstock,com. so that has something to do with it . The pile is high and plush.Very good quality.

I would buy again!

I am very pleased with this rug. It does have a lot of rust color in it, and the aqua is a deep aqua that really stands out. I have it under my dining room table and it is holding up well.

Gorgeous Rug! LOVE! Photographs Just a Little Off

This is a beautiful rug! However, I wouldn't necessarily say that it is burgundy and gold. The part that is supposed to be burgundy has a little more brown in it than red and the part that is supposed to be gold has a little too much olive. But it's close! When taking a picture of it, it definitely looks burgundy and gold. In person, the colors look ever so slightly different (as stated above) and aren't as defined or as sharp as they photograph. They're a little softer. The craftsmanship of the rug is excellent. It is tightly woven and super silky soft to stand on. I definitely recommend. Just we aware that the photos make the colors and design of the rug really pop! However, it's much softer in person.

This is the rug of our dreams... we have searched on Wayfair for two years and even saved rugs we thought we might want to buy. We set aside the thought of buying a rug until recently, since we were spending all our time at home, that’s welhen I found this rug... it was love at first sight, so we ordered it and crossed our fingers that it would look as good in our home as it did online. Well it did it’s rich elegant scrolls of ferns is very elegant and as the description said “European Circa 1900” it fit perfect with our Spanish- German European inspired dining room.

I have this small rug in a hall bath. Because the house is traditionally decorated, this makes a nice statement and brings some color into the neutrals in the bathroom. Safavieh makes nice and thick rugs that stand up to a lot of wear. For the price, I can replace them when they begin to wear, mostly on the edges. I have about 10 in various sizes and they blend well in a house that has true antique rugs as well as some higher end new wool rugs.
