Its a great shower door, nice heavy 3/8" glass, solid, smooth rollers. Easy to install if you have decent skills.

These beautiful shower doors slide as smoothly and quietly as described. Without prompting, our contractor said he didn't remember installing shower doors as easily as these in many years. It's only been 10 days of showers, but we couldn't be more pleased!

Missing piece

Came without the top section. I called to have them replace it but still have not received anything after waiting for months.

My order was delayed 3 times over an 8-10 week period which cost myself and my contractor financial impact. Yes, I was compensated for the first issue which we believe the door was lost or broken as no one could tell us where it was, then the wrong door was delivered the second time , and I was told that there would be additional compensation once the right door was delivered but crickets. I have been a member since 2000, and this experience was terrible. I am a Sales Director for a Fortune 500 company where customer service is king. This may be my last purchase of this size from HD.

Beautiful glass

The height was perfect and it was fairly easy to install. I’ve had it installed for almost a year now. My only complaint would be the bearings/rollers for the glass (on one side) seems to want to stick. But otherwise I’m very happy with it

Half an order

Ordered shower doors for my bathroom. 1st time the 2 boxes showed up, the 1st box ( the glass doors) was all good. The second box, the side rails were smashed and bent. So I returned it. 2 weeks later my delivery showes up and all I get is the glass. What is going on with this. What in the world is going on. You have my money, Where is my product?

Very disappointed in the customer service center. This item had to be shipped to your location. I received notice that the shower door was ready to pick up. My contractor arrived and customer could not locate the door for over an hour. I had to pay my contractor for their lost time. Frustrated!

So nice, had to buy it twice!

Did a bathroom Reno in 2023 and installed this door. Looks great and was super easy to install. Has held up well so far. Did another bathroom Reno this year and needed to have this door again - the others just don’t cut it right. Great materials! The glass is very heavy and the sliding is smooth.

Damaged

Both side rail was damaged. Had the delivery driver return the entire unit. Today was the day to complete the bathroom remodel. How disappointing. Why was this not inspected before sending it to me. It's not acceptable. Will be at the local store today.
