It’s beautiful, the doors glide easily, the handles act as a safety bar……form and function work every time!

did not like the instructions for installation. very difficult to understand when you don't do it everyday

Its a great shower door, nice heavy 3/8" glass, solid, smooth rollers. Easy to install if you have decent skills.

I received a very damaged package

These beautiful shower doors slide as smoothly and quietly as described. Without prompting, our contractor said he didn't remember installing shower doors as easily as these in many years. It's only been 10 days of showers, but we couldn't be more pleased!

Missing piece

Came without the top section. I called to have them replace it but still have not received anything after waiting for months.

My order was delayed 3 times over an 8-10 week period which cost myself and my contractor financial impact. Yes, I was compensated for the first issue which we believe the door was lost or broken as no one could tell us where it was, then the wrong door was delivered the second time , and I was told that there would be additional compensation once the right door was delivered but crickets. I have been a member since 2000, and this experience was terrible. I am a Sales Director for a Fortune 500 company where customer service is king. This may be my last purchase of this size from HD.

Beautiful glass

The height was perfect and it was fairly easy to install. I’ve had it installed for almost a year now. My only complaint would be the bearings/rollers for the glass (on one side) seems to want to stick. But otherwise I’m very happy with it
