poor construction

We did our research, read the glowing reviews and listened to our rep from Ferguson who described Enigma shower enclosure as a great piece. So... we bought it and had it installed by a licensed contractor during our recent bath remodel. It's beautiful BUT after 2 months the stationary panels came apart when I was GENTLY cleaning the 32 inch panel. When my husband tried to put the connector (part number 24 as shown on the installation manual and shown in the picture) he discovered that it is held in place only by 2 tiny set screws which he has been unable to secure with my help. Seriously?!! With all that glass? We have a call into our installer and hope he can help. We also have made 5 attempts to contact someone at Dreamline for assistance and have gotten NOWHERE. We have been unable to reach a live customer service rep and have been only able to leave voice mail messages for a callback. PS We are adults with no children or grandchildren using this shower. This did not occur because of misuse or irresponsibility on anyone's part.
