No Customer Service!

After calling and leaving many messages about a part needed over 2 months, I still haven't heard back from Plycraft. They have absolutely NO customer service! Home Depot can't help you when Plycraft won't answer so you are on your own! Also, the handles on the cabinet are cheap and fall apart when you try to install them. The front doors look like they are close together but there is really a gap so you see what is inside the cabinet.

A bookcase was consider a luxury not long ago. Most likely I will not able to practice law but having this bookcase make me feel like a lawyer.

3- Piece Wall

Easy to put up and like it in my room.

This unit is well worth the price.

I received one of four boxes initially, then the remaining boxes three days later. They were securely packaged. While it instructs that two people put them together, I was able to do it alone (I'm 72 yo) except for the center section doors that I had help installing. The only issue I had was one locking screw was missing. The unit is very attractive. I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend this unit.

Wow! Finally a solid furniture piece that's quality made as well as beautiful for the home office. Each of the three separate sections were very easy to put together for someone who is novice at this. Took about 6 hours total. It was nice to have the extra hardware pieces on hand even though I didn't have to use them as all pieces were there. When delivered, no damage to any of the boxes. When everything was opened to assemble, all was in excellent condition. Very pleased with this bookshelves with doors as it's exactly what I was needing for the totes of home school curriculum scrapbooks and genealogical research books. The only thing is I wish the two shelves only units were the same depth as the shelves with doors unit.

Bought two of these sets. Minor imperfections, not noticeable when filled with books, etc. The shelves do hold a lot of weight (books) and cabinets are spacious. For this price, I am happy with the results of my room project.

...except the bookcase is shorter than expected; but very very nice.

Solid and beautiful

We were looking for a library wall to fit a particular space. This was perfect. We chose to keep the cabinet door Uninstaller for a bookshelf look versus and entertainment stand. Very easy to build all three piece and everything came well packaged without a scratch!

Worth the price

Arrived on time. Directions were somewhat difficult as only 2 pcs were labeled but we got through it. One shelf had a 2inch gouge in the front making it unusable (box was dented in that spot) but did not want to send it all back so waiting for a response from Hayneedle. It looks fantastic and fits on the wall nicely. Worth the price.

Nice looking bookcase

Went together easily. Liked the way it attaches to the wall. Only thing I'm not thrilled with is the back.

Very sturdy

Arrived quickly and on time. Came packaged very well. Only took an hour for one person to completely assemble and set it up. It is a very heavy nice bookcase. I have had so many compliments on it and inquiries about where I purchased it. We added additional puck lighting ourselves

I ordered 2 units... I love these, they came in so useful with me being a book hoarder and my books were everywhere. I also homeschool 3 children and have many books for that purpose.. The units were very easy for me to put together and were a lot heavier than I had thought they would be. Very pleased with the product .Arrived in great shape and all pieces where there.. very well packaged..

There were a couple holes that needed to be changed, thank goodness my son had skills. But it is beautiful wood, and I love the pieces I purchased! Would highly recommend!
