Lots of cheap plastic parts in this faucet. All the interior parts are plastic even the hoses. The head part is plastic, feels flimsy. The 3 hole cover is also a cheaper plastic. Overall it has a budget look. The neck itself has a decent coat and finish but all the moving parts are plastic.

Love the look!

Love the sleek look. Very satisfied with that. Magnetic attachment for the sprayer is nice. It goes back in place every time very easily. Wish the spray function had a little more oomph. Otherwise this would be 5 stars.

Perfect transitional faucet

Pretty Good, might recommend the upgrade

Looks and works fine, but i'm wishing there was more than one spray option. That probably comes with the upgrades available. For a good stainless steel gooseneck faucet with pull down spray, it will do just fine. Be certain that your have at least a 10" sink, or you'll experience a splash.

Excellent faucet

Love this faucet. It replaced an older one that wasn't goose neck. You have to get used to toggle. Feels backwards. And get used to down position is hot and up is cold. Really modernized the kitchen. Also love the base.

Nice faucet, not convenient for use with the left hand

Looks nice and easy to use. Just wish faucets now aren't just for right handed people. Older faucets with the controls in the middle made it easy to use with either hand. Faucets now are only easily usable with the right hand without reaching over or through the running water.

How could they get it so wrong?

I love my pfaucet. Good quality. However when I ordered this black Delta Fay they sent a stainless steel colored Moen that was nothing like my order. The store was very nice and corrected the issue but it caused another week later and nd another trip to the store. I am not sure how they got it so wrong on the first shipment. It all turned out fine, just a real inconvenience.

Black & white faucet & sink❣️

I love love love the Kohler white cast iron sink! It was a bargain & unusual design which I liked. I wanted a black faucet so of course chose the black strainers. I’m so happy with the look. It really pops & I’ve been praised by our plumber for choosing the Delta brand. It works so well & is built to last! I have no regrets!

Looks great, but not the best

Looks sharp. However, my biggest cons are the angle of the water and the retractable faucet. We have a large farmhouse sink and the water streams past the center of the sink, making washing dishes a little messy if not super careful. The retractable faucet also doesn't retract on it's own - you have to guide it. This is because the ring part where the hoses go through (under the faucet/sink) is too crowded. Not huge complaints, but annoying.

pricey faucet

Function of it is nice. Make sure you get the lines flushed as the instructions state. Even with that, mine dripped for a while after the install. It since went away within a day, but we thought the solenoid was bad. The base plate for it is relatively tinny and the neck is light feeling, so if your family is rough on things, I wouldn't recommend it. Voice requires power outlet to work. I thought it would still work with the battery pack, but that only works for touch. Voice is nice, but it only dispenses water at the temp you have the handle set at. Would be nice if voice controlled the temp for the price of the faucet. Overall nice with features. Not entirely sold on the value given it's over $500.

Love Delta quality!

My only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is I wish the button on the nozzle was not as stiff. Also I am right handed so I like to grab the pull down nozzle with my right hand but having the hot/cold lever on the right is awkward. I could have had my plumber install it on the left, but it would have needed to push further toward the back vs forward and that would be a bit awkward. But despite all that, I love the quality build and the sleek, matte modern look. Goes great with my black cabs!

I am in love with this faucet! We had this faucet for three months now and every time I use it, I am delighted by its quality and beauty.

Bitter Sweet, would be 5 Stars but...

Just installed this faucet, great look, great touch features, nice temp sensor and feels sturdy. Easy to install 2 hrs max, very clear instructions, at least for a DIYer. I used a garbage disposal outlet to power this faucet. Had to upgrade the outlet to a wifi controlled outlet to keep the garbage disposal switch operational and this outlet. Overall, this is a great faucet. But, As of January 16, 2023, the google home portion of this service cannot connect to the Delta kitchen faucet that I just installed. Google support confirmed that this app is not currently on the google home active services and thus unable to use the google voice portion of Delta faucet. So, bitter sweet. Also another con is this faucet comes with VoiceIQ generation one, Delta is currently using VoiceIQ generation TWO, i just purchased this a few weeks ago, selling outdated tech gives me the feeling that this maybe on the verge of being discontinued.

A new updated faucet and who knew something as simple as a faucet could make a kitchen feel so good.

I was in need of a new faucet and my plumber suggested this one and I have had it now for almost 3 weeks and I love it. The magnetic pull down is a really nice feature never thought I would really use it until my faucet was installed and I use it all the time. I think it looks very modern and simple and classic. stainless steel non shiny and its great no water spots, no smudges easy to keep clean. My sink is stainless still as well so it just worked out really good. My plumber has great sense of style I guess. And so far I have no problems with the faucet. And when my order arrived the box was in tact no dents or banged up box and it came very fast. It was packaged very good. I have no complaints and I recommend this to whoever wants a new faucet. I love my new faucet very much.

Essa Kitchen faucet

Chose this kitchen faucet because of simple style & easy to use features. I purchased the matte black finish to go with my small country kitchen. Purchased Essa to replace a 20 year plus Delta faucet. Delta has always given my family good results. If ever a worn out part/ Delta replaces free of charge for life of the faucet. Can't beat that for customer service. Had new faucet installed a week ago....so far am enjoying my new faucet. I have an undermount farm sink one bowl(stainless steel ) . Hope it last as long as my old Delta faucet. : )

Very Nice looking faucet

Handsome faucet, the installation went well by yours truly. I found that it can be very glitchy. Pulling sprayer out all the way shuts water off. Sometimes the whole unit will respond to touch and sometimes only the curved part will turn water on but touching anywhere will turn off. And sometimes just wouldn't work. Sometime moving wires around solved the issue.Sometimes unplugging solenoid for a minute or two will solve this, sometimes a battery change. Drove guests crazy. Drove me crazy. Just changed batteries 3 weeks ago. Worked for a week. Then fooled with solenoid. Started working again. last night could not get to work. Bypassed solenoid.Now I have a nice kitchen faucet, no touch feature. Owned for 3 years.

Started to drip less than one year after installation

I purchased this faucet late July 2020 after the previous Delta faucet began dripping. In June 2021 it began to drip and has gotten worse. Delta provided a replacement cartridge and brief instructions. Replacement was difficult and beyond my capability. It was difficult difficult to take the handle off because the screw is at the back of the faucet and difficult to see. Once done, I could not get the bolt off to remove the cartridges. Instructions included were vague and not specific. Customer service was helpful but unfortunately I was unable to repair this. I was left with a very expensive faucet that failed before one year and now have to pay a handyman of plumber to fix it.

nice faucet

purchased this faucet in Oct. 2018. It is a nice faucet, like the swivel bar to move around in the sink. Like the finish, I wipe it regularly as I use it and it stays smudge free. Water flows well. the pull down works well and the hose goes back into place. The spray does splatter a little more than I would like, but still does the job with cleaning or for big buckets to fill when needed. It's sleek, simple and hasn't failed me yet. I bought the RP1001 dispenser to go with it and it looks like a perfect set. Dispenser is not bulky like most are today. Happy with this faucet and reasonable price.

I ordered this Delta pulldown faucet as a replacement through Wayfair. The product was delivered within 3 days of placing the order. I was going to replace the faucet myself but since I realized that this was actually a two man job (unless I wanted to continually climb out from under the sink and then crawl back in under the sink), I contacted a local plumber and, with my assistance, we removed the old faucet and installed the new one in less than an hour. The faucet works beautifully and I especially like the magnetic attachment of the pull down nozzle. The water pressure is pretty good in both stream and spray mode. Subsequent to the installation, I went online and registered the faucet with Delta. So far, I am extremely pleased.

Great faucet; highly recommend

We chose a different Delta faucet in our old house when we remodeled (Delta Leland) and were very happy with it so we decided to go with Delta again for our new house. We've had this faucet for about 18 months and are really happy with it. It was reasonably easy to install (my husband actually did it this time) and works perfectly. I like the magnetic docking for the spray head a lot and it was the primary reason we chose this brand. We decided on the touch sensitive faucet this time and that works very well, too. It will turn off if splashed with hot water but it's really not a big deal. The convenience of being able to wash hands without touching a handle far outweighs that mild inconvenience. I also like that it is easier for my petite kid to use the faucet; she could touch the faucet well before she could reach the handle.
