Touchless feature may not work.
Nice look. Easy installation. Touch feature works fine but touchless doesn’t work at all despite extensive troubleshooting.
Ok quality, poor customer service
The faucet worked ok for a few years then started to have issues with the touch function. The tap recently began leaking due to a cracked fitting. Unfortunately getting parts is tough as Delta puts you on hold for hours, I will be removing this over priced garbage and installing a moen.
Delta is always my trusted brand for their high quality products. Specially this kitchen touchless pull down faucet is my favorite one which looks so nice and pretty solid. It helps cleaning and dishwashing easier and more convenient because I don’t need to adjust the water temperature every time using. I also love its beautiful design and amazing well functioning.
We cook a lot so the touch faucet is perfect for us, especially after handling raw chicken and pork. And it only takes a light touch anywhere on the unit.
I wish I had never bought this faucet!
I read reviews, but never write them. In this instance, I should have paid more attention to the obvious red flags going off on this product related to a repeated claim of "the faucet stops working". We had glitches from the first day it was installed. But if you "waited a few minutes" it would seem to sort itself out and work again. Now, less than 3 MONTHS since it was installed, it has stopped working altogether. Don't bother calling Home Depot because if they installed it, you'll just get charged again ($89) for them to come out to just look at it; even more if they actually have to perform maintenance or new parts. I called Delta, who gave me lengthy instructions to follow to "hard re-start the solenoid", because the solenoids "only last for so long", and if that doesn't work, then.... I spent almost $900 between the purchase of the faucet and then the install, and now I'm fixing it myself less than 90-days into it. I truly wish I had never purchased this faucet. It feels like a complete waste of money that has left me stuck with a faulty product. Please, please buy a different faucet.

So far so good. The faucet is working great so far but it's a new installation so we'll see what happens in time. A lot of reviewers are stating that the touch feature quits working after so long. I hope that's not the case. The installation was pretty simple. The instructions were very clear which made it easier. The water pressure is great and the sprayer has good power. The hose length for the pull out is perfect. My last faucet had too short of a hose. I used C batteries instead of AA. It states the AA last about a year and the C last about 3 years. The Arctic Stainless finish is great. It has a bit of a shine compared to a traditional stainless steel. I like the little LED light which tells you if the water is coming out hot or cold. Overall I think it's a great, high quality faucet. I'm deducting one star only because of the outrageous price.

A very nice attractive brushed nickel faucet. My wife loves it. Installation was quite easy. Just follow the directions. Love the touch to turn on and off. Also like the LED water temperature indicator light. I thought it was a bit expensive, but my wife says it is well worth it. I would say this is a quality, well made product. This falls in line with most Delta products.

I love the fact that you can simply touch the handle to activate the water flow. Very similar to a public bathroom faucet, but the touch to turn on is simpler. The faucet uses smart technology so that it doesn't accidentally turn on with light changes or other room changes. The installation/replacement is pretty standard. There are a lot of wires to secure or run under the faucet. If you have a power source for your dishwasher, I would suggest buying the AC adapter so that you don't have to mount the battery storage. Overall this is a beautiful faucet. The finish is outstanding and the water flow is consistent.

I couldn't decide between giving this three stars or four, but eventually settled on four because maybe it's what you need and you might be using it in a situation closer to its intended use. I got this for a utility sink because I figured it would be nice to be able to turn the water on without having to touch the handle with filthy hands. Installation wasn't exactly a breeze, but it worked out okay. They say you can install it with a three hole setup, but I found that I had to cut out some material on the center hole so everything would fit; not a big deal on a plastic utility sink, but I wouldn't want to have to do it somewhere where aesthetics are more important. The touch function works almost too well. It turns on and off by tapping the faucet, but it also turns on or off when you grab the sprayer, move the faucet, or any number of other things you might do without meaning to change whether water is flowing or not. It includes everything you need to install it, but nothing more. At this pricepoint, I would expect to see some optional accessories (like an escutcheon and a/c adapter) included. I probably wouldn't buy this again, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't if it fits your application.

This review is of the Delta Trinsic single-handle Touch20 kitchen faucet in Arctic Stainless. I had a touch style faucet in my main kitchen and really like the feature. I was so accustom to the feature that now I find myself touching all faucets expecting them to come on. This Delta faucet was installed in the spare kitchen sink in my basement. It comes with simple to follow installation instructions. The parts come in 3 bags. Each of the bags are for the steps in the installation process, no need to sort through a pile of parts to find what is needed when performing the install steps. The water supply lines are plastic and kind of long. I had to loop the excess to keep it from kinking under the sink. The lines can be cut but I didn’t want to go through that in case there was a problem with the faucet and it had to be returned. The water line connections to the control valve snap in place and have a retainer clip that secures them. The ‘touch’ sensor wire plugs into the valve which is battery powered, batteries are included. There is also a ground wire that connects to the bottom of the faucet. Some of the nice features of this faucet are the sprayer head is held in place with a strong magnet. When finished using the sprayer all that is needed is to get the spray head near the faucet and it pulls itself in place. I also like the LED indicator. It gives an idea of water temp but it is more useful to me to know when the batteries need to be replaced. I am concerned about the plastic connection on the spray head. That is a wear location so I wonder how long that will last. Only time will tell. Overall it is a well made faucet.

There is a lot of awesome going on with this faucet. Couple of things to note here. I hired a professional to install; the one thing I'd caution is to make sure the professional coming out to install has done a touchless faucet before (a plumbler that has not done this will not be able to complete the job or tell you to get an electrician which is not needed) The other notable things is that the touch is amazing, you can use your forearm when your hands are super messy. Would totally recommend this!
It is a beautiful faucet!
I hate this faucet. It looks nice, but doesn’t work. Half the time we can’t get it to turn on for some reason. The touch sensor triggers some sort of stop. Even when it is on, it turns off constantly. The pressure isn’t good. Finally, the finish is just off most others. We also bought a hot water dispenser and had to order a completely different color. Delta doesn’t make hot water dispensers and no other brand matches - it doesn’t look good.
Great Faucet, Great Customer Service
Had the builder install this faucet in our house when we purchased it. We did not initially need the touch technology but once you have it, it's hard to go without. It is extremely handy. The touch aspect did quit working just after 5 years which I was not happy about. I called Delta and they sent the replacement solenoid and cartridge in the mail free of charge. It was very easy to replace once received. Works great now. Always happy when a supplier stands behind their products which is why I gave this faucet a five star rating.

I love this faucet. Worked great for a year after adding a hard wire. Changed batteries several weeks ago and have had issues ever since. It turns on and off at will. I try to "reset" it by checking batteries and plug, turning off for a while and then turning on again. It works good for a few days and then goes back to doing whatever it wants when it wants. Disappointed after spending $400 plus for a faucet. My family said I was crazy and when the faucet acts up, it confirms they were right. LOVE IT WHEN IT WORKS!
10 stars!!!!
If I could give this product and Delta 10 stars I would. When I first purchased this faucet (about 5 years ago), I had a small issue with the touch mechanism. I called Delta and they sent me a new electronic mechanism with no questions asked. The problem continued and a read on a forum that you have to run a small bead of silicone around the base after installation for the faucet to work. I placed the silicone around the base and it has run flawlessly ever since. (If you haven't done this to yours, you should.) Recently I noticed that there was some rust on the inside of the faucet where the head connects. This bothered me, so I emailed Delta. They have a LIFETIME warrenty on thier finishes, so they just sent me a new part. Again, no questions asked. To me, this was amazing customer service. I am now a customer for life. The faucet itself is awesome. My family loves it, and it is always a conversation piece when I have guests. My grouchy skeptical father (who curses any new technology) asked me to get him one for Christmas! Besides the touch function, the faucet itself is very stylish. You will love this product!
Love the faucet, confused by other comments...
As I was researching for my kitchen faucet, I read every review that was available. I was so confused by the time I purchased that I still wasn't sure. Now I wonder what took me so long to buy this faucet. I love the touch feature. I leave the faucet on and just tap lightly anywhere on the faucet and water comes on. You can even adjust from spray to stream without the water turning off. I also bought the matching automatic soap dispenser even though that had low ratings, and I love it. The color and quality also surpasses other models we considered. Don't wait - just buy it!!!
potentially awesome
when we first installed it (on our own), it was AWESOME. i loved it, and it got to the point when i'd go to other people's houses, i'd tap their faucet first out of habit and then realize i had to use the handle. but when dealing with messy stuff such as pizza dough, meat, oily marinades or just coming in from the garden, it is terrific to tap with my forearm and not make a mess. so i would've given it 5 stars then.
