Excellent product. Super quiet in a cabinet and produce cold water 24/7.

Chiller work well. as Advertised. Puts out nice cold water. The shipping from HD was a nightmare. We had to order it twice. Customer service was useless too.

Didn’t cool water. Opened up to adjust temp per instructions and found a pool of water inside. Not sure if it’s condensation or a drip. Returning.

I was afraid that this wouldn't get cold enough, but I popped the cover off and set it to max cold. It hasn't disappointed me. Water comes out ice cold!

I've had it for almost a month. It is working perfectly so far. It provides cold water at the tap and takes up a small amount of space, under the kitchen sink. I'm glad I found out about this. No more refilling 5 gallon water bottles for me. :)

Chiller

Chiller worked great for about a year, internal leak now and has to be replaced. For the price, should have lasted longer. It started leaking about a month AFTER the warranty ran out. Go figure...

Could be a bit better

Noise is a bit higher than I'd like, but I put it deep under my sink, and I've insulated the sound a bit with some cardboard. I can still hear it, but 95% of the time it's totally imperceptible. I always here it when I go for a midnight snack though.
