I am using the mats as floor protection in a weight room and they seem to be working well. They were pretty easy to assemble (40sq ft) and aren’t deformed by the weights.

Not that great
If you're looking for industrial grade gym flooring, this ain't it. I'm sure this works fine for a small area but if you're looking to cove a large area, say 400sqft, this product isn't the best. It'll do but you will have small gaps and the joints won't all fit tight. It seems like the mats are cut slightly different per package. Close but a little bit off just enough to make a difference. So if you're not looking for a perfect gym floor, you're heading in the right direction.
