Excellent match for our existing dishwasher

Replaced a drawer dishwasher with the Fisher-Paykel Dishdrawer Dishwasher. It was easy to install and came well packaged is perfect condition. It is so quiet you have to look at it to see if it's running. The interaction with AJ Madison was very simple and professional. They kept us up to date constantly on the process. Great company to deal with.

Needs too much TLC

Newly installed and had to get help due to poor performance. Apparently there are no certified service providers near me so I worked on the phone with someone who helped troubleshoot the problem. It seems that the dish drawer is sensitive and won’t function properly unless proscribed detergent is used. I would not recommend purchasing this product. I want a workhorse for the job, not a fussy machine.

This new model is awesome. This is our second drawer dishwasher, replacing our 15 year old model.

Great replacement

Perfect replacement for broken KitchenAid single drawer dishwasher. Installers were able to use all the existing plumbing connections. Only negative was tablet drawer for use in washer was missing. Customer Support basically said tough luck and told me i could buy from spare parts service. I was frustrated and said no thanks.

Perfect size for two

This is the fifth remodel we've installed a dish drawer. For just the two of us it's a perfect size, and easy to load and unload.

Nice for 1 or 2 people

Love my dishwasher. It's the perfect size for our RV and for just 2 of us. It is so quiet that we never hear it running. The drying cycle doesn't always get the dishes dry, but other than that….I am totally happy with it.

Frustrated

We purchased a brand new 2023 Newmar Ventana in July that came with the Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. It has not worked since the day we bought the motor home. It starts and then stops and gives an A6 error. We checked the arm to make sure it turned and we checked the water pressure which is at 60 psi and still does not work. We are taking it in to be serviced at the end of the month. Hopefully the dealer can find the problem. Very frustrating.

Fisher Paykel drawer dishwasher

Love this product! Had mine for 18 years and have run it everyday, sometimes twice a day with company and still no problems. I’m looking to buy a new one and I have one complaint…I can’t find it in white. My entire kitchen is white. Stainless steel is nice but I don’t want it in my kitchen. If stainless is all i can get the drawer dishwasher in I’LL TAKE IT! Love it that much!

Very quiet units

We replaced our Fisher & Paykel dishwashers with a similar model as we had cabinet panels on both units and like the clean kitchen design. The new units are very quiet, like the old units they replaced, and have been doing a good job of cleaning the dishes. I have given a 4 rating due to 2 issues: 1) the delivery time from order to arrival at the appliance store was delayed several times and took over 1 month; 2) the paperwork does not include any information on the wash cycles. It was frustrating to not have any information included and online searches did not provide any clear information either. There was a lot of information regarding the installation, but nothing about operation. I tried a couple different cycle options over the first 2 weeks and settled on Eco, but I would like to know the specifics of the other cleaning cycle options.

Erconomic, quiet, compact - what's not to love?

I like it. It cleans well and is quiet. The ergonomics of a drawer for a dishwasher are very good. My New York City kitchen has room for a bigger one, yet the designers made some "compact" choices. It's been working for me so far -- although I'd love to have a second one of these....

I bought 2 of these drawer dishwashers to replace 2 old ones, same brand, same specifications so they fitted perfectly into the cabinets. They are great, quiet, fast and save water since they are smaller than full dishwashers. I alternate using them which takes most of the daily dishes of 2 people. When we have more dishes, both can be run simultaneously.

Love this dishwasher

I have to of these in my kitchen. I also have a washer and dryer by the same manufacturer. They are very well made and work very well. You cannot go wrong with them.

The Best Dishwasher We've Ever Owned.

We have the dishwasher in our RV. It is EXTREMELY quiet and does a great job of washing our dishes.

The draw dish washer is not was I expected with the folding rack for coffee mugs and cups. The installation was done incorrectly and the clamp came off the water line. The installers ran the machine and left and clamp blew off getting water all over floors and leaking to basement. It ruined my IRobot vacuum because I didn’t notice the water all over the kitchen floor until I saw the vacuum dragging water off rug onto floor. Still got no reply after making a report

Outstanding Purchase!

Absolutely outstanding. Install was straight forward. I replaced the older version which finally failed after 20 perfect years. The new unit is even better. It’s dead silent while running. Pretty amazing. Can’t recommend it enough. Awesome!
