Customer service is ok, I want to be greeted when I walk in the store, I want someone to want to help me when I need it, I don't want to have to walk around to find someone. Also go back to the normal check registers, the new ones stink!

Looks great on my floor. Its pretty close to the original hardwood that was installed years ago.

[Rewarded Review] T molding at half the price.

Not sure why this particular T molding is half the price of identical pieces but it is solid oak with the same dimensions and finish as the in store stock items. Happy with the purchase.

Wrong dimensions

I purchased this thinking the tongue was 1/4 thick as was the original I was trying to replace was. In the store they had 3/8 tongues but no 1/4, a HD worker pointed this one out to me and said this is what I was looking for but it would need to be ordered. So I did only to receive and find out the tongue is 1/2 inch thick not a quarter. Nothing on this piece of trim is 1/4 not even it's thickness which is 1/2 inch also.

Not what it was supposed to be.

This item should have been a 'Bruce' moulding that was 2in wide but had been substituted (despite having the correct description on the packaging) for an 'Armstrong' moulding that was similar but 1/8in narrower. As the moulding was to replace a damaged one the narrower width was not ideal.
