Used as a well pump cover. Looks pretty real, tabs for securing to concrete were worked well with concrete anchors (3") drilled down to 2 1/4" owing to the thickness of the tab flanges; easy to handle and has a texture not unlike a piece of limestone. Added a port on the side as a pass through for a power line and discharge line for a well pump using a simple jig saw.

Spikes too short to hold

This cover looks good and seems like it is sturdy enough to hold up for a long time. The only problem I had is the length of the plastic spikes they send with it . They are too short to even start to grab any soil compacted enough to hold it down. Currently I have two blocks on top of it to keep it down in windy conditions till I can find a spike long enough to grab.

The rock looks great! I have a subwoofer and outdoor music system hidden under it. The rock looks better than I anticipated.

Not true color

The product itself fits the area we bought it for. Only disappointment is that it’s not as dark as what the picture shows. Hopefully I can find someone to spray paint it darker & still look good!!

Realistic and Beautiful

We are very pleased with the look of this faux boulder. It has a slight sparkle factor that was unexpected and is very cool. Neighbors have responded positively since we installed it in the front yard. We've already ordered more in other sizes and shapes. These may be designed to cover unsightly outdoor plumbing, however we are using them strictly for aesthetic landscape curb appeal. We did add 12 inch metal spikes purchased separately to help keep the boulder in place during windy weather. Love this product!

The rock was a welcome improvement to the septic pump. It camouflaged it well. I read up that the septic pump was an air pump so I had three - 3 inch holes drilled, found vents that are used for faux rocks online, spray painted them to match and voila !
