Just ok for the cost. Shipping was ridiculously high. I didnt pay attention because usually Walmart items have free shipping. Found the same item on Wayfair cheaper with free shipping.

Inside measurements don't match outside
Product gives outside measurements, this should have fit my utility stump that needed covering, however about 6 inches in it becomes much narrower and therefore wouldn't cover my utility stump. Don't go by the outside measurements alone. They should provide inside measurements. It was a perfect color for the desert, I am very disappointed.
