The water softener was very easy to assemble. Just very heavy to move around by yourself. Would recommend having two people position it in place.

This water softener was easy to install and set up. It required a minimum of tools to accomplish the project.

works as it should to remove my 35,000 grains of hardness; easy to self install with new bendable, corrugated 3/4" x 1" water supply lines. However, first read the manual twice, and the programming portion 3 times as it is a bit murky at first.... The back wash cycle initially is quite noisy for first 5-6 min, but then quiets to an expected level until unit is 100% done. I also use iron reducing salt, and with it, the Aquasure is up to snuff.

box with salt canister and all other parts but tank came crushed. Have not opened it yet since tank did not come for 5 days. Not opened any of it yet. But again, box is ripped and crushed on side.

Aquasure is a horrible company

Buy from home depot, got it in two days every thing was going good I installed the unit at the end I went to plug it in and aquasure had put a Europe 240 volt plug in the box. Called home depot and they said to contact aquasure so I did. After back and forworth,they asked for pictures,they asked for the receipt, they said they made a mistake and would get the right one out to me but wouldn't tell how long. Today got tracking info and not getting here for 7 to10 business day because the but it the mail not ups, long story short don't buy and home depot should not sell this company product any more

Defective and HD Did Nothing

This water softener was purchased at HD in Souderton PA. It was installed by a plumber. For 4 months now, the brine tank has not been automatically refilling with water and air enters the pipes. HD has refused to fix it or replace it under warranty. I am giving up and trashing the system having learned my lesson about HD.

Lows customer service is poor

The product shops in two pieces. The second never came. Lowe’s customer service said the manufacturer would call me back. They never did. Lowe’s didn’t follow up. Of course credit card is already charged. So I filled a claim with my credit card. Maybe the machine is ok but I’ll never know

Follow the instructions and installation is easy.

Ease of installation, Great customer service support. Online purchase was very easy. Not Good: Ground Delivery, Grain tank was delivered upside down. No Damage. Should be delivered in upright position. Aguasure is working on that issue with the shipper.

Very intelligent programming but simple to operate

Purchased this online and had it installed by a licensed plumber. I have a tankless water heater so almost instantly I can tell the water is great. Will help prolong the life of my home and my appliances which I just bought all with a new home. Wanted this to make sure everything stays as good as it can be. Very reasonable price and works so far flawless.

Our water is VASTLY improved with this system.

Great Price and Unit!

I bought this system to replace an old water softener, and was surprise how big the system actually was. Install was very straight forward as all the plumbing has already been pre-plumbed from the old. Night and day difference in terms of softness, and no pressure drop at all. Wish I made the decision sooner.

Package delivered was broken, the Control module was leaking, I called the technical support for help, and took me a lot time to fix.

Works great and installation was easy - after a few trips to Home Depot for parts.

Easy to install

Overall this was a relatively easy water softener to install. I had an existing w/s that finally gave up after 18 years, so I had to disconnect it first. I bought new pipe fittings (sold separately) due to the age of the existing one, which proved to be the biggest pain of the installation as one of them kept leaking. The instructions were not hard to follow and I also watched the YouTube video that others mentioned to get a good idea of how it would go. Besides having to retighten the inlet pipe a couple of times due to it leaking, the only other minor issue I had was the drain tube ejected itself from the wall drain during the initial regen cycle, so I had to get a couple of tie wraps to keep it in place.

Very easy to install if you already have a softener. We are not plumbers by any means and we found it very easy to install. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. We saved ourselves $750 from a local plumber at least!

Easy install

Replaced a Rheem softener. Had 2 break at the tank attachment to control head. I like the fact this screws into the tank.

Installation Sucks

Havent gotten it installed yet so dont know good or bad yet.
