Heavy Duty

This chair is definitely heavy duty - think it will hold up well. At this moment the only thing i see that i don't care for is the cylinder, when you place the top piece onto the base - there's nothing to secure it on there, it just slides on. We'll see how that works, may be just fine.

My first one, came apart. Wayfair was great and replaced the chair. The second one see back came apart, but I still had parts from the defective chair to replace the back section of the newer chair. I would go a little higher and buy a sturdier chair I think. This is fine, but in the long term, I don' think it is meant for long lasting.

The mesh top on this chair started failed a little over a month after it arrived - see pic.

This is the creakiest chair I have ever owned. It’s impossibly loud and distracting when trying to work. And of course, too late to return it.

The product looks as advertised. Seemed to me that I got what I wanted. I was disappointed with the packaging. Cardboard was to soft to prevent parts touching/rubbing each other during the Delivery and I observed damaged paint and indentation on some parts. Fortunately, damaged areas are on the bottom side of the seat and legs and they are not visible. My advise for Wayfair to check on supplier’s packaging.

Worth it!

This chair is extremely comfortable and worth the price for the amount of siting ive been doing at my home office now. Shipping took much longer than expected but worth the wait.

Very comfortable. A little tricky to assemble, but workable.

Stay away from this Chair

I purchased this chair to mainly work from home during these Covid times and I use it for more than 8 hours per day. The quality of the chair and materials used is good. Setup is little easy but you may need support from other person since it is heavy built.

Sturdy chair and easy to assemble. very comfy overall. I replaced the wheels with something a little better for my floors, so as a result, its rather tall. I think with the regular wheels it would be just fine though. I think this will do exactly what I need it to!

Good quallty

Had a $150 model of other brands. Both less comfortable, both cheaply made. Good quality for the price on this model.

Sturdy.

The chair is very supportive for my back. Great seat. Good weight and sturdy. Hoping to have less back pain. Making me sit more correctly than my old chair. Fabric might be a problem collecting floating dust and dog hair but I will deal with it.

I just got this chair and I love the weight of it. It is heavy with great lumbar support.

Arrived fast, Easy to assemble with included tools and hardware. Built Solid. I'm 6'3, 260 and its a great fit.

Great chair, built well!

This chair arrived within days of our ordering it. It is well built and very comfortable for the person it was ordered for.

Not loving this chair

Family room desk chair. It's big and bulky. The back, although adjustable, is not comfortable. The arms move about.

Very nice chair. Comfortable. Wish it would lower a little more but other than that very happy with it.

Pain to put together, get a partner to help you. The seat cushion seems too soft and after two days my legs are killing me. I am 6'2" 260 lbs. The arm rests are generally uncomfortable and are some sort of hard rubber material. I guess most arm rests are kinda poor though. The arm rests also shift on their own without much preasure forward and back / side to side. Would have been nice to have a button to adjust these. The lumbar support is ok at best but is hard to adjust. Lots of plastic on their chair and not in a good firm way. I guess for 400 Canadian I expected more out of a chair. I feel like those racer chairs are better quality for the same price even if I am not fond of their esthetics.

Great Chair, Annoying Arms!

I love this chair, the ergonomics fit well for a Big & Tall item. The annoying part is that the arm rests move in and out and forward and backward with minimal pressure. Each time I get up or reach for something the arms ratchet outward, inward or front to back. No way to adjust them and set in place.
