OK Chair

There isn't much padding on the seat and because of that, it doesn't provide the comfort of some other chairs I've had in the past. I can't say much about the hydraulic lift - I'll update my review based on the longevity.

Comfortable

If you want armrests - this chair is not for you. No where on this site does it specify the chair NOT coming with arm rests. I am going through multiple avenues trying to get another order for the chairs I ordered for our department. The chair itself is comfortable, but it would be more so if there were arm rests.

Great chair!

This is such a great chair! Everything came in like it should and was easy to assemble.

Almost great but needs some improvement

I weigh 300lbs and after a few weeks of using this chair, the seat is not too comfortable when needing to work in the office all day. The seat is not thick enough. Doesn't have a good cushion. Great chair if you work in the office a few hours a day.

I would buy this chair again.

So far it is holding up my weight. I love this chair. It is very comfortable. Seat cushion is nice and thick.

Missing parts not worth $200 AVOID!!

I see it has the option of arms or no arms but seeing as mine didn't even ship with the arms at all that doesnt matter and all the bolts and washers were lose in the box. This from a $200 chair.

A very comfortable chair

The assembly of this chair was relatively easy. The snag was installing the bracket on the bottom of the seat. The bolts did not twist easily and it stripped the tops. I ended up using a socket wrench to finish tightening the bolts. The chair is sturdy with an adjustable support.

Not even close to tall enough

First off, this chair might be for the big but it isn't for the tall. My knees feel the strain every day. What I wanted was a chair that would allow the front of my thighs to rest comfortably on the chair. What I got instead was a chair that I had to bend my legs under because of how short it is. It is just about as short as the other standard office chair I replaced this with. Also, do not buy this chair if you care at all about your footwear. I bought a pair of Redwing boots and they were ruined in just one day. The sharp edges on the casters will absolutely SHRED through leather. The heels of my boots have deep slices of unrepairable damage. Also, it is adjustable in seat height and chair back give and that's it. The mesh back is nice, I guess but one redeeming quality does not make up for a boatload of disappointment.

Decent chair

it was pretty easy to put together (minus one screw that didnt want to cooperate). so far it seems comfortable and sturdy.

Excellent home office chair!

Very easy to assemble. Comfortable to sit in for long periods. Nice and sturdy for a big guy. Good lumbar support. I like not having arms. Definitely a good choice.

Fairly disappointed. Seat is pretty hard, hurts worse than my old chair...

Well built, easily adjustable. But the seat is not very soft imo. Hurts my rear worse than my old chair. Lovely, it will be years before the boss agrees to let me purchase another.

HERCULES Mesh Back Fabric Executive Big & Tall Chair,

I bought one of these chairs last year to use while doing the paperwork portion of my teaching job, and when the school year ended, I took the chair home for the summer. I enjoyed having chair at home so much over the summer, that when I went back to school, I bought another chair for work. That make two, and they are strong, sturdy and reliable. Great Chairs!

2 Great chairs!

Better than expected, we both love these chairs. Went together easier than any others we ever got. Not my first Hercules, but, the best one yet.

Sturdy Chair

Very happy with these chairs, unlike some of the previous chairs with a plastic base, these have a metal base, much sturdier. The guys like the higher back on the chair.

Perfect chair

Bought this for 300 lb friend as present - he said perfect chair - comfortable, well made, worth the money

Needed it

Strong, holds a lot of weight. Not only for my butt but for things I bring into the office, Never had a chair without arms, but like that, keeps my posture good. I think it's comfortable, Love the mesh. Good investment so far. I don't know about the assembly, had an Office depot rep come out to assemble.

Not happy

I ordered an armless chair, however a box of 8 sets of chair arms arrived instead. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for resolution - I have no chair, which I need, and I have a large, heavy box of furniture arms taking of space.

Excellent Chair

Great size and comfort. You can use the chair for hours and have no fatigue from seating. Would buy again and recommend this chair to anyone.

Big and Tall Chair

Very comfortable. Love the high back(jackets don't drag on the floor anymore.)

Hercules Chair

Appears to be what I wanted, went together easily and is comfortable. It was delivered in 24 hours. The tracking email said it would be 10 days.
