Mark was over $500 so I thought I was getting a great deal, but sadly this chair is inadequate. No adjustment to the back. The cushion is too stiff to sit for hours. Sitting area is more for kid size. Just a terrible chair.

small seat

This chair assembled easily. I find the seat somewhat small. There is not much thigh support and you cannot adjust the distance between the backrest the seat. So I fell like i'm sitting on the edge all the time. I would not recommend for all-day use but its adequate for a couple of hours of intermittent use.

Not comfortable

Not comfortable because back of chair is so far forward over seat. The back position is "adjustable" but only by about 2 inches, and its furthest back position still puts it out over the seat.The seat itself has padding on the edges which forces your thighs together.

Super chair with lumbar support. I am extremely happy with the chair and the price. Very easy to put together – 10 minutes. This chair is not made for a large person. I would say for anyone weighing over 165- 170 pounds this will not work. It works perfectly for me 149 lbs.

Squeaks

First of all I like the back support of the chair therefore the 2 stars. However, after two weeks the chair started squeaking and even with numerous tries to tighten all bolts, oil the bolt casings, etc it still continues. I don't mean just a light squeak but an annoying constant squeak anytime I move.

We received and assembled it. Did not hate it enough to take it apart, repackage it, call, and return it. But prob should have. Low quality/flimsy/lame. For $110-ish for this item we would have been smarted to go to OfficeDepot or something. For some reason I thought Hayneedle would be a little more curated and higher quality, but this is just the usual not made in the USA junk. Won't soon buy again from this site. All looks good on there, but when it arrives you will see low quality stuff.

Like the chair. However it does not have an adjustment to move the back rest further back. It seems like I'm sitting more forward in the chair than I prefer and it is not as comfortable as I hoped it would be.I did not have a chance to try the chair prior to purchase so did not know this would be an issue.

Great back support. Wheels and height adjustment work great. The seat was slightly smaller width than I expected, however it is very comfortable, functional and sturdy. Definitely a great buy!

Seat too Small

This is a very attractive chair, with a comfortable back and a comfortable seat cushion. However, the seat of the chair is simply not long enough (length from back to my knees); I keep feeling like I'm toppling off of the chair.
