I ordered an open box shower complete walls door and pan.they sent me just the pan they refused to make it right. They said I can order a new one, but I would have to pay full price. They offered me a 10 discount. This was their problem why did it become mine Awful I will never purchase another thing from Wayfair

Overpriced, Flimsy, Corners Horrible

This is a horrible product and for the same price someone could have tiled my shower.

Don't expect this to last long

Complicated install, do not use this for a remodel only if the house is new construction. You would be better off buying sheets of vinyl for $25 and the finish would look the same. Expect to have to replace within 5 years.

Beautiful shower

It took me a while to find this beauty and I’m so happy I took the time . It was professionally installed and from what my contractor explained the preparation for installation took some time however once you follow the directions the end result is seamless and gorgeous . It is a bit pricey but so far worth the money

Beware, description says that it installs direct to studs. Not true. Installs over drywall. Can’t use backer board because you need one porous surface for adhesive to bond. Otherwise, installed nicely

Great kit

The kit was well done and the instructions were good. I couldn’t really find anything else like this that wasn’t just plain Jane. The door is a bit difficult to get installed properly for a do it yourselfer unless you have some experience with this stuff. I do so was able to complete it but someone who’s never done any type of renovation might have some difficulty.

Took three tries to get the complete unit. 2 shower trays were cracked, door didn't come until 3rd attempt. Really hard to install and looks cheap

Great improvement to a dingy/drab shower

We purchased the Dream-Line Shower Stall kit for our basement bathroom. We got he 36" sq. size. I liked that everything was in this kit; base, walls, shelves & glass door. I just had to purchase a new shower body/head ^ tile to finish off the top area. Initially we were going to have a bath/shower company do the install. I got 3 quotes, ranging from $7,200 up to $12,000. But when they could not start the job for 8 - 10 weeks, I started to do some other research. I checked w/my contractors & they were able to do the job for a lot less. It took them only 2.5 days. The price of this kit, shower body faucet & tile plus installation, was 58% less than having an outside bath/shower company do the job. A win-win. My only con is that the shelves supplied for holding shower products are very small & they are glass. Can only fit 1 bottle or 1 bar of soap, per shelf.

Everything came well packaged, nothing missing, nothing broken. It all went together well with extremely good fits. Most of the directions were very clear. (water deflection strips at the end needed a double review)

Description said center drain and stud mounted and it was neither. Instructions said glue to walls and drain was only centered in one direction and 15 inches the other way. Was a waste of time and I had to lug it back to the store to return.

This product is absolute junk! Flimsy side walls, cheap shower pan and the pivot door sounds good but opening is very narrow with the side-glass piece. Do NOT recommend and is not a product that can be mounted directly to the framing (due to the thin acrylic side walls). The shower walls have a diagonal cross pattern so if your walls are crooked your shower wall design will be crooked too. AVOID THIS PRODUCT! WOULD BE MUCH CHEAPER TO HIRE A GOOD TILE CONTRACTOR OR PUT IN A SINGLE UNIT SHOWER. Advertising look nice but this is as close to a "camp-shower" as your going to get!
