Online purchase the order was incomplete.

The tile sent was stained, looked as though it was in the warehouse for years, and a number of tiles were broken. I ordered 2 boxes, received only one. The packing deceived one into thinking you received 2 boxes. The tiler had to return to the Columbus Avenue Store in S.Philly and get other tile significantly causing a delay in laying the tile and getting the job done. Insult to injury I had to return the tile and pay a restocking fee of $45.00.

Don’t buy this tile

The sample did not look anything like the photo and it was not worth paying for. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. It looked like something had been spilled across it and it almost completely dark.

This is horrible!!!! I bought to put in my laundry room and it is so rough and porous that the grout left as film all over I cannot get off, you cannot even mop it is so rough, walking on it leaves scuffed marks, I thought it was so beautiful when I saw it, but have cried ever since I have put it down, the only response I get from Home Depot says that it supposed to be that way!!! Do not purchase!!!!!

Dirty appearing and distressed

If a very worn distressed look is what you are looking for, these tiles might be okay. Unfortunately that was not what I had expected as the photos on the website when I purchased these tiles did not display the dirty, distressed look. I was shocked when I opened the box to find tiles that looked very dirty and worn. Not at all the look I had hoped for. Returned them.

This tile was exactly as expected. I love the variability of the tiles making it look as if it was laid down years ago. Love it.

There were a lot of the tiles with too much vintage coloring(rust color), the pictures are deceiving of the actual look of the tile.

This tile is as pretty as it was on the website. My contractor is not ready to install it yet, but it looks great

I really like this tile, it is textured so good for floor/outdoor application. The colors are muted and has a nice vintage vibe. I would recommend this tile!

Stunning

These tiles are absolutely gorgeous! Combining an old-world flair with modern materials, they offer the best of past and present and create a real design statement. Stunning.
