Amazing Faucet

Great purchase

Although I think the polished chrome faucet is a bit shiny, I am glad I ordered this because it has a very smooth, laminar water flow with both regular and spray settings. Well made with a good reputable company.

nice color and finish. CON: The control just goes from upright to the left. Does not turn to the right at all.

Love this faucet, the water flow rate is strong. The pull-down spray is easy to use and snaps back nicely because of the magnet. I had it professionally installed.

Superb craftsmanship

Our Hans Groeh faucet is absolutely beautiful and works perfectly. So much quieter than the old Moen.

I love it

I needed a faucet that was gold and that fit under my low corner cabinet. This was a perfect fit. It's high quality, with a non aerated perfect stream of water and an excellent finish.

Gorgeous finish, big size, comes in a Hansgrohe box with all necessary parts.

Excellent Product

Bought this faucet for our kitchen remodel about 8 months ago. We had it installed by a professional plumber. From day one, it has preformed flawlessly. Great water flow. No dripping, ever. When the pull down nozzle is used, it retracts back in position every time. Brushed black chrome color doesn't show water spots or fingerprints. I guess it ultimately comes down to long term use, but so far, zero complaints. Love the nice clean "Euro" look. Highly recommend it. Would buy again.

Leaking and no customer support

I bought this item in May 2022. In 2 months it started leaking significantly in sprayer mode. As long as you dont buy it from a few authorized seller such as Home Depot, Hansgrohe does not take any responsibility and provides no warranty. I tried to contact them by email but no one responded. This is awful quality and customer experience.

Excellent quality and value

I've used both Hans Grohe kitchen & lavatory faucets, having had problems down the road with other brands in the comparable price range. Internal design is superior for long life, low maintenance, and uninstallation (where necessary). Excellent value, given its longevity.

Works well in our newly renovated kitchen

We chose this model for size, the height was perfect for the space under our cabinets, and finish. The pull down faucet allows for flexible movement to hit all corners of our 27 inch sink.
