Great Rug - Delivery Process Needs IMPROVEMENT
Im sure is a great rug but the delivery experience has been terribly disappointing. Ordered one rug but arrived with a couple of areas of damage. Was refunded the cost of the first rug and a replacement was sent but the driver felt so bad for bringing it because it had a HUGE hole in the rug.
Rug came with a few snags in it so be aware it easily snags. Got the Mocha color and it is quite muted. Love the scallop edge but didn’t feel like it would last long so I returned.
This rug is super thick and soft. It sheds a bit, but very easy to clean up with a vacuum

Ok… so I have bought some very expensive rugs in the past and this runner is one of the best rugs I have ever purchased. It’s thick, feels great walking on. Makes standing at my sink and stove enjoyable Such a wonderful addition to my kitchen!

Beautiful Rug—Couldn’t Love it More!
Absolutely LOVE this rug!! Arrived fast, within 3 business days. We also ordered the recommended rug pad for it, which shipped separately and arrived a few days later. Had to trim the rug pad quite a bit, which was cumbersome but worth it in the end. It feels amazing underfoot, Betsy sturdy and soft, and visually it pulls the whole room together.

Color is wrong
I love this rug and would like to keep it but the color in person is much more of grayish tan color instead of a chocolatey brown. So bummed. Super good quality though.
