Literally obsessed!! Just ordered a second one!

Good quality wool rug. Cream is nice. Not a bright white but not yellow. Was just perfect for our room.

Quality is good color is not…

I got mocha clay and it looks like old, dirty carpet. It’s not a color I would have picked were I able to have seen it in person first. The quality is great and I’m sad the color was disappointing. I’m returning them and didn’t check the return policy so I’m losing a decent chunk of change. (Which was totally my fault for not checking that first)

Ivory color

This rug is beautiful and the quality feels nice. However, I ordered the Ivory Grey and the color is very warm almost tan. Hope this helps someone else so they don’t have to lose money returning the item. I threw a white bag next to the rug just to show color difference. These photos were also taken at night.

Color is a lighter than pictured

I was soooo excited about this rug! A little bummed with how the color looks in person. It’s more of a dark tan than a brown (I bought the mocha clay color). It clashes a bit with my floors because of this. The scallops have some imperfections, but I stopped noticing them once the rug was laid out for a few days.

Beautiful but horrible smell…

Such a beautiful rug but came with an awful smell! I just finished my Reno and wanted a beautiful rug to finish the details . I was so happy when I seen how beautiful it was but when I unrolled it, it had a god awful smell. I rolled it out and thought maybe to let it air out from being in the warehouse but it did nothing but make my entire room smell terribly. I contacted support to send me a new one and pick this one up but it’s on back order until next month. I opted for a refund still waiting. Extremely sad about it because it would have made the room! I’m so scared to order another because of that stench.

I nervously bought this in Ivory before there were reviews available and I’m so happy I did. The quality is great. The color is nice —it’s not too light of an ivory and the accent color is more tan-ish than gray (which I like). My husband asked if we could move this to our room (it’s in the guest room) and replace our very expensive vintage oushak rug because it’s so soft and cushiony underfoot. The scallops are very cute without being cutesy if that makes sense. Not sure how it will do over time or if it will shed a lot, but just out of the wrapping — it’s perfect. Oh, and no smell!
