Beautiful rug and excellent quality for the price. Arrived within 3 days of ordering. The mocha may be slightly lighter in color than the photos but still a very pretty brown.

Love it! Got it in the cream and it’s perfect for right in front of my washer and dryer. Soft but not a smushy rug. Very thick.

Beautiful rug!!

Such a beautiful rug! The scalloped edges are absolutely gorgeous. It did shed the first few days but stopped after we vacuumed after. Honestly want to buy another size for our guest bed room. So happy with our purchase!

My New Rug with Slight Imperfections

Rug was ordered and delivered FAST. Only problem it came with some brown spots throughout; each about the size of a dime. Ruggs Direct did knock off some money of the total price as I decided to keep the rug and try to clean the spots and make them less noticeable. It was much too heavy for my husband and I to deal with sending it back.

Color off

Overall the rug is great. Sheds a bit but haven’t had it for long so hope that gets better. My complaint is that the color is off. I got the ivory/rust color and the rust is definitely brown, not orange. Just like a natural brown color. This was disappointing but I like the rug too much to hassle with a return or exchange.

Bad customer service

I was sent a return shipping label for the smelly, moldy, mildew rug I received and it was the wrong return label. I learned this after I bought plastic to wrap it in and drove 25 minutes to the FedEx office. FedEx told me the label had already been used. I called Rugs Direct and they said oh we sent you an email to discard the rug. They never sent me the email! I dealt with this issue for 3 weeks! Very bad customer service!
