Arrived a week early, and is awesome looking

Middle oven rack, slide bracket was broken upon arrival. just reported to customer support. waiting to see how they respond and how quickly we receive a replacement.

Don't waste your money!!

If i could give zero stars, I would!! From the start, this stove would not maintain temperature. Serviceman tried to contact Forno as there was seemingly no reason why it shouldn't maintain temp. Forno was only reachable via email. When they finally responded after 2 weeks, I was told that a 50° temperature variation was normal. Then why the heck does it have a thermostat??! Do NOT waste your money on any appliance from this company!

I’m unsure how the oven works, how do I when it reaches the set temperature?

Duel Fuel Range

Delivery was great arrived in perfect shape! My husband (appliance repairman for 55 years) -- say very well made --high quality product for the price --rivals more expensive models. Install was quick and easy.

Customer service

Beautiful duel fuel range but when I had trouble with the broiler not getting hot enough to broil a burger, customer service wanted to argue with me about everything. I finally gave up which was probably the plan. I got too much to do to play this game. Guess I will call my own service guy and see what he has to say. So much for the 2 year warranty!

Best overall stove period!

Nice heavy duty cast iron Continuous grates, This stove has the very best design with it's Dual ring burners, you can turn it down with only the inner ring burning witch is also Variable speed, a hard to find design, gas heat Rises much different from electric. This is The greatest feature to find in a stove.

Looks Great So Far

Received and installed the oven yesterday. Love the look, but the cavity for gas and electrical isn't big enough so can't get flush with back wall. Also, one of the doors is slightly off, so researching how to adjust. Quartz company is coming out to install 3" piece of countertop behind oven. Other than that, super excited to use.

Service can be more timely & oven technical issues

Having technical issues from the beginning and it has been a slow process to get it resolved.

Forno Followup

Several months of daily use proved this is a great stove for us. ALL the burners produce fantastic heat with huge adjustment range. Oven bakes evenly, added a portable kitchen timer (much preferred) and hanging internal temp gauge which is easy to see through the oven window. Easy cleanup, love the burner layout and cast-iron grills, very durable. Extremely pleased with this purchase, we shopped EVERY other model online and in stores. Love the simplistic, quality, straightforward design. Super happy with this.

Really Nice Dual Fuel Range

Really nice range, huge upgrade! Matches Forno refrigerator exactly. Fit and finish is really good. Brass burners work great (easily switched to LP), heavy cast iron grates, bright oven light. No temp or self clean which is great - hanging thermometers are cheap, easily replaced and the self-clean can actually ruin an oven. Knobs are night lit with red LED's, no electronic controls (nice!), no WIFI, exactly what we wanted. Get this range, it's a keeper. HD has a great price on this too!

Stove arrived damaged

We picked up our stove, unpacked it and it was damaged. The back vent piece on the top and the back panel were dented in severely. Emailed support and have not heard back Love the stove but need some assistance

I've had my new range for approximately 3 weeks and I love it. It's solid, the burners are great, and the oven is gorgeous. My experience with customer service before the delivery was excellent, I had lots of questions about the connections and how to install it.
