And the new model has the exact same problem...

So, sadly I'm back, and I want to provide additional details. In summary, do not buy the dual fuel range.

Lacking some small features

It's a very nice appliance but I was disappointed by the quality of printed instructions/manual. Its apparent that the manual was not written by someone whose first language is English. Also, there is no timer mechanism integrated with the oven, and there is no warming drawer nor storage drawer, so I need to find an extra place to store the broiler pan included with the oven. Be aware that the unit DOES NOT INCLUDE A POWER CABLE and the LP connection kit as recommeded by Lowe's when making this purchase WAS NOT COMPATIBLE with this model. Lastly, there is not apparent way to level this appliance other than to apply shims under the feet themselves: the feet are fixed, or at least there are no instructions in the manual as to how you manipulate the feet to achieve "level" so pray that your floor tile is flawless

Disappointed

I will update this review if Lowe's make this right. It was delivered crushed badly above the knobs like something had been dropped on it. It's not usable. Having an absurd amount of difficulty getting help in getting a replacement. If you sell a product you need to stand by your customers and make it right and quickly. Our whole new kitchen is now on hold

I had high hopes, but the product is not safe

Overall, the unit is nice to cook on, but the controls design for the oven have serious quality issues. Having had this range since late 2021, I am now on my 3rd relay power board. This is the board that controls power to the broiler and oven elements. It is cheaply made, has bad connectors and wiring and quite frankly is a fire hazard. The board does not simply stop working - the connectors burn to a crisp and melt insulation. How Kucht passed UL testing is a mystery.

Efficiently desighned

We purchased this stove just over a week ago and it replaced a stove that was some 35 years old. The transition was very easy and the design and layout of features very common sense. Easy to clean. It has renewed our interest to trying new receipts and added fun in cooking.

Hey this is my range. My brother has this too. It's a fantastic piece of equipment. The stove and oven are both solid. And it is easy to operate, which is ideal for our old folks. They're living with me and they always love doing thing round the house, including cooking. So I'm relieved that they love this new range.

Beautiful stove

Well, look at that... my partner, who's obsessed with perking up our kitchen (that's his secret hideout when he doesn't have a business trip), bought this recently. I'm here to find something else but I thought I should leave a review on this as well. I've always known these ranges to have a better quality than other brands since we have a few, so I wasn't really surprised by the excellent performance and quality of our new range. The first time I used it was more like "I knew it" moment.

Outstanding Quality

I love the look and extreme quality and "beefiness" of this stove. Meaning very well made. So easy to clean and to use. I ordered stainless steel so we didn't have to change all of our other appliances. Premium Home Source are great for answering questions and helping you also. My first range purchse and I don't think I could have done better with anything else. Very pleased!

Gorgeous Powerhouse

I've always wanted a professional range and I'm in love with this one. It's strong yet beautiful to look at. The oven racks slide out with a whisper. The range is so solid and powerful. For someone like me who loves cooking and entertaining, the job has just become so much easier. Juggling timings is a thing of the past. I can do it all at once now!
