[Rewarded Review] Not worth the dual set up/faulty product

Don't buy, I had to return one because the fan operation didn't work out the box. After receiving a replacement, 3 months in, it is not turning on. Reached out to customer support which is email only which I thought was strange. They sent a new unit and told me to Cut the cord from the broken one and send a picture back. I received the new unit and to my surprise, the fan isn't working. I am going to fight to get my money back and will buy a reliable brand like GE or Fridgraire.

Got 2 units neither unit worked. Both looked to be open box. Best Buy would not replace even though wanted to try instead of a refund. Unit was very heavy but still wanted to give it a shot. Now left without while i wait for refund to go through. Really left me in a spot. Would not recommend Best Buy to anyone.

FREONIC 10,800 BTU Portable Air Conditioner cools the room completely. It is a louder then I expected.

Works very well ! Our house gets very hot and it is keeping the living room cool

It initially worked well, buy for some unknown reason when I turned it own, all of my fire/ carbon sensors kept going off.

So far so great. It looks very nice and cools down the bedroom very quickly. I wish the remote had a night light so I can easily see the digital screen in the middle of the night.

We have only had this for a couple of months but we have used both the cooler and the heater. We had a different brand of the same unit and it lasted about five years hope this one lasts that long.

Don't waste your money

Bought this unit in September mainly for the A/C and used for one month before storing for winter. The following summer used from May to beginning of June before the A/C stopped working. It was still under warranty so were sent another unit. Replacement worked through the end of September and now the A/C has stopped working and original warranty is expired. Don't waste your money.

The Freonic - Freonic - 450 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner with 11,000 BTU Heater has exceeded my expectations. Our air conditioner recently went up so the Freonic portable air conditioner has been a life saver. It cools down our large living room within 15 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this air conditioner to everyone!

Living in the south, it can be a hassle when you lose power during hurricanes. We went over 5 days back in October and could have used something like this! This thing is great because it's low enough power to be plugged into our generator but forceful enough to cool our bedroom and more! It was simple to install and I like that it doesn't take up an entire window for the exhaust. I love that it has a remote so I can also stay in bed being lazy while I control it.

This portable AC is high quality. The materials are not flimsy! This includes the hose as well. So the fact that this much detail was included in the build says a lot. The functions are excellent and the AC gets the room extremely cool very quickly. The hose doesn’t get terribly hot and the unit moves easily thanks to its wheels.

Died Soon After Purchase

Brand new, right out of the box it would trip the circuit breaker every time I turned it on. I tried multiple plugs in different locations. Within six weeks of being delivered, the compressor quit working completely.

Vent doesn't stay

I can NOT get the vent to stay attached to the machine.There is no seeming way to do it, and their "connect to us via social media!" is BS as I sent them a msg on FB and never got a response. Since I got it right before going out of town and it's in the return exceptions and only 30-day eligible, now I'm stuck with it. Really angry.

Good until the 1 year warranty

I'm pretty knowledgeable about these portable AC units and when I decided to upgrade my last one, I was positive about this purchase. The unit was delivered on-time, no damage and was easy to install. It worked great during spring and summer when I purchased this unit in Aug 2021. I stored it during the winter and brought it back out this June and the unit worked for 2 weeks when it stopped blowing cold air. Assuming that the unit just needed some cleaning, I cleaned the air filters, condenser coils, drainage and checked for obstruction in the vents duct. Once I was done, I was confident it would start blowing cold air again and to my surprise, it did not. The compressor turns on when the thermostat reaches the designated temperature. I'm pretty bummed out about this unit, never had one fail less than a year of purchase. Hoping the company will be responsive with my warranty inquiry.

Bad Purchase

i bought this on 12/15/2021 and it has stopped working as of 2/5/2022 bad unit

The heater does not work.

Already on my second one and is broken yet again or of the box heater does not work which Fing sucks cause it's 24degrees out side

No Heat

Brand new, just set up and will not put out heat. The front of the unit feels slightly warm but the heat does not work.

Nice Design, but broke

Bought this in August of 2021 and it broke down in November of 2021. Calling the company to see about warranty. Also, they say there is a sticker with a serial number on the unit. I bought two. Neither have the number. They have the wording serial number and a date of manufacture, but no serial number. Included a picture of the sticker.
