I am very satisfied with my purchase! The rug is very soft and plush. It exceeds my expectations. It is very heavy and a very good quality. I would recommend this rug to purchase. I put it in my bedroom and I will be purchasing another one for my living room soon.

This rug is beautiful when you first get it, but unless you plan on never walking on it, it will never come completely clean and bright white again.

Because the company did not tell us it had been shipped, we didn’t know the item had arrived. By the time we did get updated tracking info, the rug had already been stolen from our mail room. Never got the rug :(

I ordered the wrong size rug 8x8 and had reorder which Iove my rug . I threw out the original packaging of the 8x8 and did not realize your Hard line policy . Now I am stuck with this brand newrug because of policy. I will ever shop your site again!

I love the color of this rug but it is thinner than I expected and the threads snag easily.

Originally I was not sure about these rugs. Now I love them, they control dirt, resist stains, and are easy to vacuum! I highly recommend them and would buy them again.

Very thin, silky threads. Felt a little more juvenile than I imagined, but the color I ordered (pink) may have influenced my perception. I intended this for my closet, but I gave it to my daughter instead. It did have a strong smell out of the package.

Wow, I love my Grand Bazaar Freya area rug! The blue color is particularly striking in my daughter’s bedroom. It is so soft and definitely worth the purchase price!
