I bought one as a gift. Box had holes in it, looked like bottom had gotten wet. Went to return it. Wasn’t giving a gift that looked Iike it had been through a war. Lady at Walmart opened it, dumped it out of box on floor. Told me numbers didn’t match and refused to return it. So now I have an opened package that I can’t do anything with.

Not worth the money

Would not recommend this to anyone ... for one thing it is too heavy to mess with, and does not fit under a regular kitchen cabinet space (too high) ... the inside does not remain cool without the very loud motor running frequently with the ice melting into a reservoir, that is impossible to get to without lifting the entire unit (once again too cumbersome to mess with) ,very poor product; less than 1 star

After about 4 months, it started leaking water, but it was still working fine. At almost 10 months, it quit working completely. I liked the nugget ice so I decided to get a new one. The second one lasted less than 5 months before it stopped making ice. I contacted customer service, they asked for my info. I sent the required pictures and info to them the same day. 31 days later, I hadn't gotten another reply or a replacement. I sent them another message. They replied I needed to ship the whole unit at MY cost to return it. I am highly disappointed with how long it took to reply and the fact that 2 of these ice makers couldn't even last a year.

WASTE OF MONEY

Worked great for about a year, quit just right after the warranty ended. No help from customer service. We think we could fix it if we had a part (machine says ice full even though it’s empty so it must be a sensor?) but customer service refuses to help us find the right part. A HUGE waste of money. I’ll buy another nugget ice maker, but it definitely won’t be a Frigidaire.

Broke after 6 months use

I loved my ice maker but it only lasted 7 months. It's cost to much for that little time of use.

Only Lasted 9 Months

Do not purchase this ice machine ~ it hasn’t even lasted a year, 9 months to be exact and for the price it should have lasted much longer. Do not recommend

Poor quality and doesn't work

Not worth the money bought and returned 3 and all 3 don't even last 3weeks, I'm on the process of doing a warranty claim as the 3rd one gave out 2 days after the stores exchange policy.

it is self cleaning and I clean it one a week and it still gets dirty. we only use bottle water and it black is always in there.

arrived broken

arrived broken... i have tried to buy thease a counle of time and i habe never had any luck with nugget ice makers. when i plugged it in it made a high pitch screaming sound for the last 30 min.
