This is a great burner. The heavy duty metal frame is perfect for the weight of our large metal pot filled with water. The burner produces more than enough BTU's to heat the water to a boiling point in just a few minutes. Perfect for plucking chickens.

Trouble lighting it.

The dislike part is that the butane come on and out the burners (as we see fumes waving) but we cannot get it to light a fire... Therefore, we have not been able to use it to cook, yet!!!

Sturdy and dependable.

Even though directions were not that great, it was easy to put together.

Great tool if you love cooking outside.

Great design, easy to set up, am able to use my wok outside again ( sold my previous burner at a moving yard sale for lack of room in the pod), and reasonable price that included free shipping.

We accidentally bought two burners for maple syrup and decided to keep both. there were no instructions on how to put it together, so we went to HD to put it together. One of the burners would not stay lit even after adjusting the intake so we returned it. The customer service guy at Gas One was kinda clueless and no help. I would not buy this or anything else from Gas One again.

Sturdy and large burner but not assembly instructi

Burner seems very sturdy, although the regulator feels very flimsy. I hope it will last for years of service. There were no instructions on how to assemble the parts, however, not in the box or online. By looking at the pictures I eventually figured out what parts went where, but this is a serious oversight. There is a small pamphlet on usage, but nothing on assembly.
