Out of the box

Looked sharp in the pictures. Disappointing in reality. Inside the the box was crudely put together and had sharp edges that cut possibly cut you. Did not allow large roll of toilet paper to roll freely. I returned the product and went with wall mounted unit.

Beautiful, but.....

There was absolutely no instructions in the Box and there's absolutely no way to secure it inside the wall behind the sheet rock. I called the company and they said you have to add wood block. No thanks. Plus it does not hold jumbo rolls.

Won't install in most residential homes and NO installation instructions

I liked the look of this chrome unit so I ordered it hoping to save space by replacing an on the wall external TP holder. Opened the item and there were no install instructions, just two screw holes at the back of the unit, two screws and two wall anchors. No back plate you would expect to screw into that pushes back against the wall was included.

Exactly what I was looking for in my new bathroom. What can one say about a toilet paper holder? It functions perfectly.
