Hangs crooked.
My contractor damaged my existing chandelier and I picked the this model, looked great in the pictures. My contractor installed it. It hangs down at one side, the rod is noticeably lower. I can only assume the links (6 to each rod, are not the same length), I see no mechanism to adjust for this. Very frustrated, called customer service today , Saturday, at 0830 CST (the advertised hours 0600 to 1500). No message saying why they are not open. I am active duty military and get home once every 6 months, I don't have time or patients to keep calling a seller. Leave again tomorrow, I see no recourse.

Absolutely a beautiful light. The finish looks rich and the beveled glass creates a striking refraction of the lights filling the room. A perfect addition to my new kitchen over a 5x6 foot island.
