The chair is very solid and comfy. Major problem is I can sit for hours at a time and I have to remind myself to get up and stretch. Replaced a nearly identical chair that hung in there 25 years but was finally about shot.

Originally bought one of these chairs to use as a desk chair. Now we bought 2 more and use as kitchen chairs. Comfortable, able to lean back and has arms. Perfect for hanging out at the table!

Exactly what I was looking for.

I wanted a simple yet comfortable office chair to replace my old one. Being shorter I needed one that had the right height and shorter seat depth. This one fit all the needs for me. It's easy and fast to put together and is really comfortable. Even after sitting for 8 hours, it's still comfortable and doesn't lose it's cushion. Great quality materials and just the right amount of adjustments. I did have to add a lumbar support cushion, but I have to do that with all my chairs.

marginal at best

This chair was recommended by an online Staples rep, as I was looking for a smaller chair with lumbar support. The seat is smaller, but the back has zero curvature, is not height adjustable, and is very tall for a petite person. I would have returned it, had the packaging not already been recycled. Crossing my fingers it will break sooner than later and I can buy a different chair from a company with a better return policy.

Love this Chair

I'm 5'1" and this chair is the perfect fit for me. It's comfortable and allows me to have good ergonomic posture. Having a proper chair makes working from home less stressful on my body.

Most uncomfortable chair ever!

This chair looks identical to a chair that I bought years ago but the seat and back are totally different. My old chair was so comfortable. This new chair is extremely stiff - no padding at all. My legs are killing me from sitting on it. I have tried various pillows and cushions that I have in the house but nothing works. It is also very difficult to adjust the depth. You need to use a wrench to loosen a bolt that is underneath the chair to adjust the depth. You cannot make fine adjustments so if it pulls out too much you have to push it back in and it never seems to get to the right position. I can't take it apart and now that it is assembled, it doesn't fit in my car trunk so I am stuck with it. If I had an SUV I would return it in a heartbeat. Do not buy this chair!

If I could make a half star I’d give the chair a rating of 3 and 1/2 stars. It appears to be well made although the leather is very stiff. It fits my needs in that it fits in a tighter space than other chairs. It is not the most comfortable desk chair I’ve had, but not the worst either. Hence, the 3 and 1/2 star rating.

Easy to assemble - comfortable

I am 5' 3" 105 lbs. - and not that strong. But I was able to assemble this chair. As you see, I am a small person, but this is very comfortable for anyone who is on the smaller size.

Great Chair for the value

This chair has a nice upright back with good lumbar support. I purchased it hoping it would help improve my posture at work to alleviate upper back pain. It has a greater height range than any other chair we have purchased to date and went together very easily. We removed the arms to accomodate our cramped office space. So far I am really pleased with my purchase.
