After digging out of a 15-20in box full of foam the bonsai was revealed. This was a Mother’s Day gift for my 67yr old mom. Imagine her on her knees digging through what turned out to be three large garbage bags of foam to just see her gift. It was ridiculous. The excitement turned to disgust. We love the actual bonsai plant but the packaging was unnecessarily over the top, therefore I can only give an average rating.

The tree received depict the image shown at all. My tree has far fewer leaves and barely resembles a bonsai tree.

Very healthy plant. Maybe could have been trimmed on the top but since it was getting cold outside they may have decided not to stress the plant. It took a day longer to ship than originally scheduled.

Incredible experience. Could not believe that this plant arrived in such good condition in a cardboard box. When I saw that it had arrived, I was amazed that I had ordered a bonsai plant to be delivered by a common carrier. I thought I had a major "senior moment" and was going to be heart broken when I opened the package.

Beautiful plant. Perfectly packaged. Had a exception in delivery from Fed Ex but your customer service representative got involved, and handled it to perfection. My plant adjusted to my home very quickly and is strong and healthy!

The blue container arrived broken and unusable. Bonsai appears to be okay but did not remove all wrapping as the dirt, etc. will all spill out. I need a replacement container so not happy with this delivery. Shipping box did not appear to show any damage.

where do I begin? the package was thrown on the front porch and landed on its side and it is clearly marked living plant. The tree itself looks withered and dry with brown leaves. I don't know if it will even survive, last living thing I purchase online

The tree came a day before expected and is excellent! Looks exactly like the pictures! This is my sons first plant and he is excited to take care of it. It came with good instructions for care but there is tons of info online.
