Excellent purchase. I changed my order a few times to capture the best price for a 20' x 12" Gazebo.The Gazebo arrived as scheduled on time in two separate shipments, 5 boxes the first day and 1 box the next day. One of the boxes had a hole in it and there was a small dent in one of the corner posts. Everything is well labeled and the screw and bolt holes so far line up. The direction are quite clear and easy to follow. We had temperatures in S. California this weekend between 106 and 114 degrees. Therefore, we only focused on that part of the construction of the gazebo that we could get done in my garage. We will complete the assembly of the roof next weekend. We only had my son and myself to work on this project, so I decided to everything so far upside down and then we will flip the gazebo over when we are ready t start on the roof. So far everything looks good and surprisingly so far all of the holes line up perfectly well. This appears to be a great purchase, well constructed and beautifully manufactured. If you are not handy or don't have lots of help, then spend the money to have someone else do the construction. Two adults can put this together, but 3-4 would be ideal.

This Pergola fits perfectly on our new patio. Love the ceiling hooks and placed two remote controlled fans with lighting easily.

ASSEMBLY IS UNGODLY FRUSTRATING. TAKES WAY LONGER THAN 4-5 HOURS TO ASSEMBLE. DON’T BE FOOLED INTO THINKING YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF. HIRE SOME PROFESSIONALS. Well we’ve had it for over a week, have worked on assembling every night and we MIGHT be 18 of the way finished. The directions are terrible, hard to determine how some parts go together from the poor pictures. My husband is VERY handy and can fix anything but this is proving to be too much.

Looks great finished but directions were terrible and was missing a part. After we got past that( Wayfair was great on support). It turned out great!

Super fast delivery, great price on sale. On a scale of 1 (easy) to 10 (difficult) for level of technical difficulty assembling, I give this a solid 2. Very easy to assemble with 95% of assembly done with one person. Considering like everything else, this is Chinesium stuff, the precision fitment of everything and all holes lining up perfectly, I was shocked. Take your time and follow the steps and you're good to go. You will need 3+ people when it comes to lifting the roof frame and setting it in place, but other than that, assembly is easy but takes time. I did it over three afternoons. We've used our deck more in two weeks then we did in four years. That says it all. Thanks Wayfair!!

Sturdy and durable. I thought it was going to take a long time to put but with 2 people it only took 5 hours. Instructions are easy to understand.

Just received this today retired elderly person put this together in a few hours. Very easy to put together and looks great

It was going great until the man I hired was checking the boxes he kept saying there's something missing Then he seen the numbers on the boxes and we were .missing box number #3 The lady I was dealing with she was very professional I paid the man $700 dollars in which it should have been$250 I will eventually deal your company again

Was able to assemble with only 2 people and gazebo was a lot better quality than expected for the price. Did have some fitment issues with misalignment of some of the roof panel holes which required a couple edges to be trimmed with tin snips to be able to align some panels. All and all very satisfied.

Love it!! We had a local company ( 2 men) set it up since they do these all the time. Within 7 12 hrs they were done. They anchored it into our cement patio pad. Delivery was great, no damage at all came when told it would . We installed outside fan Edison string lights after it was up.

Takes awhile to put together but once the second day is over and it’s together, it looks really nice.
