This fire table is awesome, so easy to light and it is so warming. I love the style of it even when the fire is not lit. The flames can go very high, which can almost be like a campfire!

This is over priced, the ignitor didn't last 2 months and the warranty doesn't seem to matter. I would not recommend this product at all if you want something to last go by one from a local dealer so you can have it covered if/when it needs repaired.

Great Fireplace but the propane tanks is out in the open and hard to hide.

Very nice fire pit! We love it!

Nice looking and great size for our space. Seems to be well made and puts out great heat with the ability to easily adjust the flame and heat output up and down. Initially, we had an issue with the igniter push button not working. This was a problem from day one. We called the company and had some difficulties getting a hold of someone but eventually I was able to talk with a customer service rep. They sent out a new ignition switch the next day, free of charge, and once we installed it in the unit it now works as it is supposed to. It was a little frustrating in the beginning, trying to get through to a customer support person, but I emailed them and they responded and I never had an issue after that. We have not been able to use our fire pit much, as we just got it and we have had ongoing weekly afternoon/evening rain storms keeping us from being able to use it. However, the times we have used it, it has been fantastic. I would not hesitate to buy this fire pit again.

Finally got this hooked up to natural gas and love love love it. Perfect size for the deck.

We love our new fire pit. The Medeno Westport fire pit was exactly as pictured. The assembly was easy. The flame is great and it produces a nice amount of heat. The shipping was quick and it came with no damage. It is a 140 lb box so you may need help moving it into position.
