First one came in damage, but customer service sent out a new one quickly

Item arrived broken twice. Does not have sufficient padding for an item of that weight.

It’s a nice light grey which is hard to find. Contractor said it was easy to install. No issues at all.

I was hesitant ordering this online but did. It had some blemishes on the bottom front so I ordered a nice acrylic/fiberglass one as well so we didn't delay our install. They both were very nice, but everyone agreed that the transolid was by far the better quality shower base. The blemishes were hidden with tile and caulk. It looks solid, sleek, the non slip is very nice. The square drain is very nice as well. I highly recommend this shower base and moving forward would not even consider the acrylic ones that are in the similar price range.

Great shower pan with built in support no need to add extra bracing under for support. Lip works perfect for overlapping tile on walls for my shower alcove.

I bought A less expensive one from Home Depot and had to return it because of poor workmanship. I ordered this one and it took about a week to get, but it is night and day better. Do yourself a favor and spend more money and get this
