Product arrived in good shape, directions were good but the end caps were dirty. I cleaned the end caps but they did not clean up properly and still have stains. All in all I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Poor quality. The steel rope within one of the arms snapped and the awning can't hold itself up when it is extended more than half way. The arm steel rope snapped not even 1 year of the purchase date. Also, the fabric stains easily and color fades fast. Waste of a lot of money. Very disappointed, especially because of how much money I spent.
