Damaged extensively

The box was badly damaged and the contents rearranged - clearly someone put pieces back into the box somewhere along the shipping process. The heating element was SMASHED - even the control knobs had popped off.

Very pretty but auto ignition didnt work.

We purchased a new house and boy the deck is to die for, large and even larger with the add on. The family is going to love our BBQ time. So I purchased a new grill and this stand, along with equipment to cook with. Furniture and whole lot to dress up our new deck. Even got covers for everything. Way does one go to look for things, Wayfair, and this time of year, end of summer sales. I love what I got and WOW! what great prices all shipped free. Now I have to wait to see it all together. One happy family here.

Love this heater.

No wheels, stem not streight, not easy to maintain

Regrettably no wheels to move it around.

Heater would not work. Butane tank in place , but unit didn’t work.

I would have loved to give this 5 stars. It’s massive and very appealing. However, my original came dented and leaned to one side. So propane would pull to one side. They sent me a replacement and unfortunately same thing happened.

Love the cocktail table feature. The ignitor didn't work so they replaced it with a whole new heater. The hard part was finding a cover to fit the entire unit. I ended up finding a cover for just the top heating part.

Works great! Had to replace an old one. Bit tall, but does the job.

Only a couple of months old and used infrequently. Burner no longer stays lit after lighting. Immediately, shuts off when ignition button is released. Other heater bought at same time works fine. Please advise on how to repair , get replacement part, or return. Thanks....J. Roberts

Wow! These heaters are BIG! They put out BIG heat is the best part. These look like something you might see in a high end restaurant patio setting. Very well built and attractive for a big heater. I purchased two of these because I have about 1200 sq. Feet of outdoor living space to heat when we have company over. I only wish I would picked these up a few years sooner.

Although this is nice and heavily constructed, the silver dome on top arrived dented. Also, it’s huge! I contacted someone to ask for specific dimensions before ordering, but of course they didn’t have them.
