beautiful well constructed greenhouse!

We installed this greenhouse in April and just love it! The clear side panels are beautiful, the double doors make access really easy. It's exactly what we hoped for! Assembly takes some patience but that's what friends, beer and pizza are for!

Pal ram Balance 8 x 16 greenhouse

Really pleased I purchased this greenhouse, was going to get a poly tunnel then changed my mind. Looks really good. Being plastic panels I bet it makes a lot of noise when windy though, but it isn’t near our house

I have now built my Canopia 8 x 12 silver Balance greenhouse, which was straight forward and easy to follow instructions.

This greenhouse sucks

The instructions are horrible. There are only pictures that don't explain how things go together. The Polycarbonate is flimsy, there seems to be pieces missing. I have a building contractor putting this together and he said it would be easier to build one from scratch. Do not buy this kit.

Opening up my new greenhouse

Unboxing was like opening a carefully packed gift; every item was in its place. Assembly, however, was a roller coaster. I was stuck on step 5 for what felt like an eternity. A quick call to Rachel from customer service got me back on track.

Solid construction and does its job well; I'm satisfied with the greenhouse.

Warranty's length is a positive

Assembly was more complex than I anticipated, but at least I know I'm covered if anything goes wrong.

Absolute Junk

I installed this on a concrete pad, following the directions exactly. It blew apart in a light wind. I installed it again, adding mobile home strapping over each end and the middle. It blew apart in a moderate (~35mph) wind. This was a total waste of my time and money. I recommend anyone considering this product to move on and either build your greenhouse yourself or find a vendor whose product actually withstands AT LEAST the wind speed advertised. This product is junk. It took me too long to build it to get a refund. I'm out over $2500. Don't make the same mistake I did.

No Hassle Upkeep

I haven’t needed to do much in terms of maintenance, which suits me fine. The greenhouse is serving its purpose well. It’s a balanced deal.

Nice size and quality frame

Nice size and quality frame. Makes a nice addition to our garden. The auto open windows are a must, they make it much easier to maintain. I am working on interior bench for potting, photos to come in the future.

Greens Growing Well in the Greenhouse

I'm also pleased that the panels are UV protected; I haven't noticed any yellowing. The natural light transmission is impressive, thanks to the panels. The built-in gutters have proven to be quite handy for rainwater collection. Assembly wasn't a big hassle either.

Regretted purchase

We purchased our greenhouse last fall. In October, a storm destroyed the greenhouse, and we ordered replacement parts. In March, a full five months later, the final shipment of replacement parts arrived. We assembled the replacement greenhouse this last week in a level area and anchored it to concrete pavers. Again, a storm came through and the entire greenhouse is destroyed. I regret purchasing this greenhouse kit. The quality of materials is poor and I would not recommend this product.

Got it Up, finally

I was stuck and decided to reach out via the company’s app. Had a few hiccups with the interface, but a video call from Robert sorted me out. The greenhouse is now properly set up.

Buyer beware

Greenhouse is cheap plastic. Frame might be ok but have to buy REAL greenhouse siding. Very dissapointed. Then the shipping was a joke as well!

Tough assembly, tolerable outcome

My frustration was peaking, so I posted on their support forum. Timely help came from Angela, a customer rep, and I was able to finish the setup. It's functioning as expected now.
