Keep looking, this is trash-and the company knows

just garbage. Lovely to look at, turned it on after plugging it in straight out of the box and the screen doesn't work. Did all the troubleshooting it told us to do online, screen still doesn't work. Reached out to the company to let them know that we received a lemon, told him what happened, and that perhaps they could send us a machine that's not a lemon. They wanted pictures of everything, I sent them pictures of everything. They did not offer to send us a new one, but rather fully refunded our money for this one, but will not take it back. So now I have a giant piece of garbage for the dump that doesn't work that looks brand new from the outside. This tells me two things: this company does not stand behind their products, and they make such low quality products that they can actually afford to not have me send this back to them so that they can fix it and do anything with it. When you do a little bit more research about this company, you will see that they are not honest about the materials that they use either. Radically disappointed. What an incredible waste. And then you just stick your customers with this. If this company truly cared about being green and sustainable, they would take the product back and fix it.

Holy cow, what a product

We will be remodeling our kitchen, and are currently using a 40 y/o oven. This convection oven is absolutely amazing. We. Have baked cookies, made homemade French fries, baked biscuits and grilled cheese sandwiches. It has been a real gem.

Amazing countertop oven

Great oven, very versatile and easy to use. It is easy to clean and has the perfect size to be useful to prepare meals and not to take the whole kitchen countertop. I rarely use my conventional oven now.

Cannot recommend

My bar comes from the Breville smart oven we had. I was looking to replace it with something easier to clean and taking up less horizontal space. First impressions thus far:

I am in love ! It literally acts like the second oven I have been missing from my old farmhouse. Actually it is sooo much more! We are a family that does not use microwaves and this is a life saver when it comes to heating things up in the hot summer😊

This oven is in a class of it's own.

This oven is in a class of it's own. I'm thoroughly blown away by ALL the features included. I was never interested in purchasing an air fryer. The oversized pan and taste of the cooked product won me over. I've proofed & baked bread, defrosted and roasted frozen meat, toasted bread, reheated leftovers, etc. Each function is fantastic.

Nice oven, but not for making pizza.

I needed a new countertop oven and decided to go with GreenPan. Astetic wise, it's a great looking, quantity built oven. I like also how the interior coating makes it easy to clean. Operation wise, it's easy to use although I wish there was an instant shutoff button. Functional wise, I toasted and baked a banana loaf and that went well. However, I made pizza and although the top cooked nicely the bottom was raw and soggy. I tried a second time make pizza and instead of convection mode I tried air fried mode and that turned out even worse. I even preheated the pan both times. So needless to I do not recommend making pizza in this oven unless you like soggy raw bottom pizza. I'm disappointed about this because I was hoping in the summer months to utilize this oven to make pizza instead of turning on the main oven which makes the kitchen area too hot. I yet to bake chicken and vegetables in it and hopefully that will all cook well.

A Gem of an Oven

I absolutely love this appliance. I have only used it for baking a few things so far, but it performed beautifully. And we have so far enjoyed a perfectly baked blackberry cobbler and brownies. It is simple to operate and fits our space perfectly.

I love this. I have not used my oven since I obtained. The convection air fryer. I haven’t tried the air fryer yet, but I’m looking forward to using that. I have gotten rid of my toast or my air fryer and electric frying pan. They are not now but I use my stove almost exclusively.

Wonderful product

Works wonderful! The pans are big enough to feed my family of 5. The ceramic is so easy to clean. I love that it’s healthy cooking.

Can’t go wrong with this oven!

I love this oven. At first I was a little intimidated by it because it does so many functions. I learned very quickly that this oven is very user friendly and it has basically replaced my wall oven and other appliances in my kitchen. I highly recommend!!

Convenient with good quality

Wonderful addition to our kitchen. Easy to use and large interior. The air fryer function is great and it has lots of features. We are using this more than our large oven.

Great versatile appliance!!!

I’m really enjoying my new Green Pan countertop multifunction oven. I’m still learning to use the different features, but I have absolutely no complaints. The non-stick interior makes it so easy to clean. Having never had a convection appliance, I really like how the convection feature helps speed up the cooking.

Happy with this

After using for a month or so, I am very happy with this oven. I have used it for pizza, baking, toasting, and for air frying vegetables and tofu, with consistency good results. The only thingsI don't like is that if I unplug the oven as recommended in the manual, I have to reset the clock and timer volume. The timer volume is barely audible unless standing right next to it; it should be louder, and the loud setting should be the default.

Inside not spacious enough

I love it except for the issue that it is not as spacious as I thought. The description said 13 X 9 dishes would fit, however, my casserole dishes have handles, so they won't fit in the oven. I need to replace it with one that can accomodate large casserole dishes. The features are great though. Also, great for smaller spaces.

Fantastic!

Only a week in from owning this and have not turned on my regular oven once! Love the spacious size, impressive. Easy to use function are also as promised... simple and no guesswork. I also love all it came with: 2 racks, pizza pan, baking pan, plus air fryer basket... and the quality is amazing, each is coated with nonstick, so no more messy air frying. I even love the inside of the oven is coated and wipes clean. This replaced a Breville oven that was always so hard to clean, so i gave up. So far I've air fried twice and am super impressed, just as I hoped and can say enough about the results. No oil, crispy and easy to clean basket. WIN. I also used the pizza function, the oven was super hot, perfect pizza and loved the pizza pan, made it easy and no mess. Totally loving my new oven and highly recommend!

[Rewarded Review] Great for the summer

I wanted to be able to bake without heating the kitchen this summer and add a side to to grilled meal. This convention air fry oven does just that. It had an easy to read and easy to use control panel, easy to clean, pans for the racks, and a guide on how to use and times / degrees for certain items and which racks to use.. I have not tried all the types of cooking like the duo cook or dehydrate but may in the future. It does need a longer cord since it states not to use under cabinets or near anything flammable. Please read the instruction manual before using especially the safeguards. Now a place to store it since it is not little. 15" tall x 17.5 wide x 13.5" depth. It will be used if the oven is full or mainly on the hot summer days or need to make a meal quickly.

I just upgraded to this air frywr. My previous was a bucket. I wanted one with shelves. I find this easier to cook more at once and gets a better crisp on both sides. I love that this machine has lots of features and find it’s easy to clean with the slide out drip tray.
