Super disappointed. Had to have repair 3 months after the warranty expired.

A Nightmare

A complete piece of junk. Bottom rack comes off side rail, if you want to call it a side rail. That issue caused the rack to pull the gasket from around the door and lead to a leak in my kitchen.

Love GE appliances!

Dishwasher looks beautiful inside and out. I have not used it yet as it is still being installed. I'm sure it will work as great as my other GE Dishwasher! Not a huge fan of buttons on top though.

The dishwasher is janky and doesn’t dry well. Would not recommend. Spend a little extra for something better. Wish we could take it back.

Never arrived and I am stuck with store credit

I ordered this dishwasher 10/4 to be delivered on 11/1. After following instructions to completely pull out our old dishwasher, the dishwasher arrived damaged. I had taken the day off, and then had to take another day off for the next delivery - which didn't happen. I've now had weeks of a run around, and it finally just got "cancelled" and I'll be receiving store credit. Home Depot is not the place to buy an appliance, they take no ownership and blame their "distribution center".

Lasted 2 years. Super disappointed.

Product Defective

Product had cracked Solenoid that leaked on & ruined Pergo Floor.

Do not recommend this dishwasher.

Well it looks very nice but I’m not happy with it because the pull out drawers keep coming off the track. I also wanted a quiet dishwasher but this isn’t! It has a loud clunking noise while it’s running.

It's ok. Still cannot use. Did not have all parts and was delivered.

Absolute garbage device from DAY 1

Paid for professional installation & extended warranty. Within hours after installation, dishwasher leaked. Same day, called Home Depot and they lodged an internal claim. Week later, tech said everything was fine. Ran a new load of dishes and it leaked again. Home Depot refused a return and refund, and directed to our warranty. The warranty company says it’s a defective device and that Homedepot is responsible. Could NOT recommend this any less.

Use a competitor - Buyer Beware

Ordered this product early October. Installation did not happen due to a "damaged water valve". They quoted me 2-3 business days before a plumber would even contact me. I returned it. Competitor installed a unit no issue.

Very good cleaning, features, and quiet operation.

Bought this to replace GE Profile that lasted 46 years of very good performance! So far we are impressed with its cleaning ability, capacity, and features, including various wash cycles, delayed start, and very quiet performance. The only drawback is that if you select auto-cycle (good for choosing cycle and options based on sensing load size and amount of cleaning required), the time will expand for extra hours(!) of drying if you have plastic plates or tumblers, which GE acknowledges are "difficult to dry." GE arranged for installation, and unfortunately the installation company took three trips (and two dishwashers) to complete the job. But now it is working well.

Good...for the Most Part

For the most part, the dishwasher is GREAT! Nice and quiet and everything is clean when it's done, however...we can't figure out the "DryBoost" feature. The dishwasher is still soaking wet inside when the drying cycle is complete!
