DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER

I purchased this Frigidaire Gallery CleanBoost Dishwasher (Model GDSH4715AF) in 04/2024. I have owned a number of Frigidaire appliances, but I can honestly say that I have never been so disappointed in any appliance as I am with this dishwasher. DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER, I promise that you will be regret it. Complete piece of garbage.

Failed after 1 week of use. I called tech support and they were not helpful nor did they know I had registerd this model on line the day it was installed. The did schedule a repair service appt.

Terrible design

This dishwasher is not designed to hold many dishes. All of the prongs are the same size, so if you have something a little larger, it falls and they are all the same distance apart making it difficult to put larger items in. Not happy with this dishwasher.

I tried for 3 months to get an undamaged dishwasher from another manufacturer. I went through 6 different doors until the store told me I could choose another one. I chose the Frigidaire and so far it seems to clean well and be quiet. My only complaint is that they changed the tone of the black finish. It doesn't match my Frigidaire cooktop, but it is liveable.

Best buy lied about availability and delivery mutiple times. Ended up cancelling and getting this item much sooner and with much better customer service via another retailer. Great appliance but buy elsewhere
