Great clean dishes!

This dishwasher is great!! The glasses sparkle! The dishes are clean and very clean! Its easy to start and follow the directions for different ketchen items. A great buy!! I am so happy. This was an excellent choice.

When I open the dishwasher to add dirty dishes and I do NOT touch any buttons then I shut it it keeps beeping for me to press start because the cycle buttons are lite as if I pushed them but I FOR SURE did not. I have to just run it sometimes to get it to stop beeping.

Cute for instagrammers not for cooking families

This is a lovely dishwasher, a few neat features like the bottle jets and the adjustable rack, but thats where my liking this dishwasher ends. Its cute for instagrammers to show off but it is not for families that cook on a daily basis. The baskets are so tiny they hardly hold anything and I can no longer fit certain items in because even with the rack adjusted it hits them. Very small inside. My old dishwasher held so much stuff and had adjustable tines so I could fit large things in it. This one does not. I am not happy at all with my purchase. I am hand washing double the dishes and running double the loads.

5 years and electronic control panel is giving up the ghost. Before that, rope came off cable guides. Have to dry the tops of glasses and cups. I am done with this like the junk GE Cafe Refrigerator that matched it. What happened to appliances that used to last 20 years ?

This dishwasher has not dried a single load of dishes since purchased. Everything has to be hand-dried. There is water running down the walls of the dishwasher. What is the point of buying a high-end, very expensive dishwasher? My old dishwasher worked. I wish I had never changed brands.

not good

this is not a good dishwasher. doesn't clean the dishes well AT ALL unless you wash them first. i have to wash the dishes after all the time. don't waste your money! This is new--only been using it in my house 18 months and it annoys me everyday. I have spoken to 3-4 other friends who have same one and they all feel the same way.

build quality and performance

POSITIVE: Exceptional appearance & build quality. Feature-filled machine with many options. Cleans dishes very well, even in basic settings. Easy to install. NEUTRAL: We removed the 3rd top shelf because it takes up too much space and isn't very functional. NEGATIVE: The depth is ~3" shorter than our previous machine, so it fills up faster than older machine did. OVERALL: definitely recommend buying for the build quality and performance.

Call a plumber instead of choosing home delivery

Product was great. However, I ordered this at Lowe’s online and wasn’t made aware that they don’t install dishwashers. There is no option to purchase installation - so it’s useless to pay their 30.00 delivery fee

No instructions included

Installed yesterday. So far both loads of dishes came out clean and dry…BUT there are no user instructions on how to use the control pad, what each cycle does and doesn’t do, whether you need to add rinse agent very cycle, the difference between auto, cookware, normal, express, and gentle. How to set the delay, and set favorites. What the presoak button does (how much time it adds), what the sani and hi-temp buttons do specifically (temperature?) and how to use the lock control button. Is there a heated dry? What is the difference between Lyra dry and normal? How long do they last?
