Best feature is how quiet it runs. Next best is the dryness of the dishes upon cycle completion.

Second times a charm

The first on was a lemon, it leaked everywhere and flooded my kitchen. I took it back to the store and got a “new” one and it works like a charm. No issues whatsoever.

Quiet but has some issues.

This dishwasher is really quiet. The display being flush and hidden on top of the dishwasher I can’t tell if the darn thing is finished. The bottom spray arm melted within 2months due to touching some kind of metal anode. From reviews very common. Was able to get a new one for free through warranty dept. took like a month because they canceled my first order for no reason. (Found out by calling them after two weeks where my replacement is) Takes like 3 1/2hrs for a normal wash sometimes still leaves residue on plates. The third rack is kind of pointless and I wish it was bigger inside. My old one held more dishes on bottom rack. I hope the spray arm doesn’t keep melting or GE comes out with a solution.

Nice machine

Nice to buy a product that works better than expected. It has a lot of space inside so I can put in more items per week than my previous appliance. Had to read the instructions to figure out all of the features, but, upon doing so, it was a pleasure to use and to have it perform without a hitch.

Very Quiet

Cleans dishes, glasses, and silverware great. Operates silently.

Hate the So Called Buttons - Do Not Like Machine

This is not an easy dishwasher to use. There is no specific place to push any "buttons" because there are No buttons. You just have to guess an "area" near or above the written word, Ex: Start, and start pushing until the light comes on. Then you have to push it Again to actually start the machine. Then you have to close the door to actually make it start! Sheesh. Just want to close the door, push Start, and walk away --- not with this machine.

Pire achat, lave très mal.

Pire achat de ma vie. Les verres ressortent sales, la coutellerie aussi. Très décevant, je dois relaver manuellement plusieurs items après les cycles.

Dishwaher

Does a great job cleaning dishes, especially glasses. It is also extremely quiet. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Do not connect to App!

This dishwasher worked fine until we connected it to the SmartHQ app and installed some updates, which bricked the entire unit. After waiting a week for service, we are waiting another two weeks for GE to replace the main board!

Never again GE

Only worked one time. Technician coming this week.

Concerning Fumes

Despite all the efforts to incorporate WiFi and Bluetooth into appliances, manufacturers still haven't prioritized obvious points for improvement like exposed heating elements. This dishwasher, despite having the option to turn off the Dry Boost, smells like burning plastic in the last hour of the normal cycle. I can smell it throughout the house.

Avoid - Doesn't Work after Forced Software Update

I've had this dishwasher for a month now, and as mentioned in the five other 1 star reviews, a software update was involuntarily pushed through to the dishwasher and now the control panel is unresponsive and there is no way to start the dishwasher, even if using the app. I am now having to wait a week for a GE technician to come service my brand new dishwasher and hope that it is covered by the factory warranty. Avoid this dishwasher.

Unresponsive after Online update

Having the same issues with no control panel response after online update on day of installation. No lights on control panel and the led light is slowly flashing blue.. before this got a DLF code --door latch failure after 1 test cycle for leaks

Touch pad issue

Same issue as last two. Installed on 11/01 worked fine. Online automatic update on 11/02, touch pad completely unresponsive, slow blinking light.
